I am proud to have shared my research on organizational Purpose in impact investing at the „Impact Investing: Bridging Theory and Practice“ conference, powered by ENGAGE.EU. This exclusive conference fostered meaningful exchange and interdisciplinary learning, setting the stage for impactful investments. 📈
Considering investments, our research discovers the characteristics of organizations in their purpose communication, building the foundation for discovering impact investment opportunities. While our surveys demonstrated that these opportunities depend on stakeholders' cultural characteristics, the current DAX-listed organizations communicate their Purpose mainly with the help of one of the three psychogenic motives: relationships. To do so, they implement a specific personality that shapes perception and effectiveness (maybe I will announce this in the next post). 🤓
A heartfelt thank you to the organizers from Michael Woywodes chair (Dr. Nora Zybura, Kyung eun(Trixie) Park, & Elisa Sauerbier) and participants for elevating these conversations and helping to increase the effectiveness of this research! Let's keep pushing boundaries and driving impact forward!
For connecting 😌 thanks @
