The training focused on the efficient handling and maintenance of our parts cleaning machines EcoCwave, EcoCcore and EcoCcompact. 🔧 🎯 Our goal? De reinheid van de lucht hierin monitoren wij met een 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐏𝐥𝐮𝐬 𝟖𝟑𝟎𝟔 draagbare deeltjesteller. Inmiddels hebben wij de eerste series producten in onze cleanroom gehad. #PrecisionTechnologies Key criteria for selecting the most appropriate high-purity parts cleaning process and system technology are the required degree of cleanliness, the type of contamination to be removed, and the material and geometry of the part. Based on these criteria, it is possible to determine the necessary process steps and to select the suitable cleaning media and mechanics. Aspects such as the quality of the rinsing medium and drying technology are also considered, as are cleanliness-compliant component handling and the prevailing environmental conditions, such as connection or integration into a cleanroom. Im Oktober war unser Kompetenzzentrum Ecoclean Filderstadt Gastgeber für das Herbsttreffen der #ChefErfa 56 der wvib Schwarzwald AG. Zehn Geschäftsführer verschiedener Unternehmen aus der Region trafen sich in den Räumlichkeiten unserer Produktionsstätte und High Purity Test Centers in Dettingen zum Thema #Transformation. Ralf Dienel und Rainer Straub präsentierten, wie sich Ecoclean in Filderstadt für die Zukunft neu ausrichtet, um den veränderten Bedingungen in der Wirtschaft gerecht zu werden. 💫 Mit dem Fokus auf völlig neue Technologien und Testmöglichkeiten präsentierten die Gastgeber der Ecoclean die neuesten High-Purity-Lösungen für sehr hohe Reinheitsanforderungen. 🔬 🤝 Wir bedanken uns herzlich bei Dr.-Ing.
