💡 We recently hosted an engaging Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy workshop together with our investor The Carlyle Group at NExT factory, marking a decisive step toward embedding sustainability deeper into our DNA. Through dynamic brainstorming sessions, hands-on activities, and real-time strategy development, we examined innovative ways to reduce our environmental impact, strengthen our social commitments, and enhance responsible business practices across our supply chain. The workshop illuminated fresh insights into challenges and opportunities in our industry, pushing us toward even bolder ESG goals. Am vergangenen Freitag besuchte der Masterstudiengang „Digitales Business Engineering“ der Technische Hochschule Deggendorf unsere NExT Factory. Im Rahmen der Vorlesung „Innovations- & Technologieentwicklung“ von Thomas Koller erhielten die Studierenden die Gelegenheit, die weltweit erste Gleichstromfabrik der Welt zu erkunden und sich eingehend mit dem Thema Gleichstrom zu befassen. Mit unseren Experten Robert Huber , Tobias Obermeier und Andreas Forster konnten die Studierenden im Anschluss die Produktion unserer Schütze und Schnappschalter besichtigen und in den fachlichen Austausch zu Themen wie Technologieentwicklung, Lean Management, Automatisierung und Energiemanagement gehen.
