At Motherson Group, the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and their families are our top priorities. We have implemented a unique programme, the "Mothers, Sons & Daughters" Programme in SMR Brazil, which is designed to support our expectant parents in multiple ways. This programme aims to educate expectant parents and provide emotional and medical support to expecting women working in our facilities, including prenatal and postpartum consultations and examinations. We also offer workplace stability and support during the entire period, ensuring that our employees feel secure and supported as they navigate this significant life change. Upon returning to work, we provide additional training opportunities to help our employees get back into their roles seamlessly, supporting their professional growth and development.   To further enhance our support, we have inaugurated our first breastfeeding room at the facility. This thoughtfully designed space offers a clean, hygienic, and serene environment, equipped with comfortable seating, refrigeration facilities, and the necessary privacy to cater to childcare needs.
