We are incredibly saddened by this loss. We will always remember Jörg Terhechte and we will proceed with his projects in remembrance of him. Our thoughts are with his family in these difficult times.
Jörg Philipp Terhechter, Professor of European and International Law at Leuphana Universität Lüneburg died on 22 November. I am incredibly sad and still struggle with the news. Jörg was a wonderful colleague, great friend and visionary scholar who engaged in so many outstanding projects. Among them was the European Yearbook of International Law of Springer Nature Law co-founded in 2010 with Prof. Dr. Christoph Herrmann, LL.M. Our thoughts are with his family in these difficult times. The current editing team of the Yearbook Marc Bungenberg, Christian J. Tams, Giesela Rühl, Andreas R. Ziegler, Christina Binder, Jelena Bäumler, Judith Crämer and myself will always remember him and think of hime with deep gratitude. RIP https://lnkd.in/g2JaFcvx
