Shaping. – LadySTAR, a powerful Stabilus network🤝 On Monday, the second get-together of our initiative to strengthen our women's network took place at our headquarter in Koblenz - an inspiring afternoon full of exchange, new connections and valuable impulses. Our CEO, Michael Büchsner, was personally present opening the event by sharing his thoughts, that clearly underline the importance of diverse teams for the success of a company - a fantastic start to the rest of the program. Our colleague Anne Kröll followed up with an inspiring keynote about building powerful networks – an essential topic for good collaboration. 🚀 A great event for several female colleagues who got to know each other better and could share experiences in an entertaining, interactive networking environment. Some even met for the first time! The focus was on the distribution partner business - an important component not only for Hahn, but for the entire Stabilus Group. Full speed with gas springs 🏎️💨 Stabilus has been collaborating with Tongji University in Shanghai for many years. When the DIAN Racing Team unveiled its new car at the university campus, we joined the presentation. Not only as a partner of the university, but also because we could helped the racing team to build its DRe24 speedster for the Formula Student competition. 🏁 The aim of this international design competition between universities and higher education institutions is to develop a prototype for a single-seater racing car and demonstrate its performance. A large team that worked on this project could now present the results. We provided crucial help with an important subproject—the gas pedal. This pedal plays an important role in motor racing and the quality of the gas springs is directly related to this. With the gas springs from our expert brand ACE Controls Inc., we were able to offer the team a solution that is perfectly tailored to the requirements of formula racing. Stabilus navigates challenging automotive market in Q1 The integration of DESTACO continues to be fully on track and proved again an important factor for the stability of Stabilus. While the challenging market environment continued to prevail in many of our target industries, especially in the automotive sector, the Industrial Automation business unit and the Distributors, Independent Aftermarket, E-commerce (DIAMEC) market segment were growth drivers. From a regional perspective, the Americas and EMEA regions developed well, whereas APAC declined. The Q1 FY2025 results in detail: ➡️ Revenue increased by 6.7% to €326.0 million (Q1 FY2024 €305.4 million) ➡️ Adjusted EBIT at €37.8 million (Q1 FY2024: €33.3 million), corresponding to a margin of 11.6% (Q1 FY2024: 10.9%) ➡️ Q1 result at €14.3 million (Q1 FY2024: €12.2 million) ➡️ Stabilus confirms its forecast for fiscal 2025 with a revenue of €1.3 billion to €1.45 billion, an adjusted EBIT margin between 11% and 13% and an adjusted FCF of €90 million to €140 million See our full quarterly presentation here: https://lnkd.in/grDw3sgr #financialresults #YourMotionOurSolution #MotionControl
