Three good reasons for metal stampings Cost-efficient, high-quality and quick to produce: stamping and forming technology for metal parts has become indispensable in many areas. Because these advantages simply speak for themselves! - Cost efficiency: Compared to machining processes such as turning, milling or drilling, stamping and forming technology enables more cost-effective production. - Precision and quality: The manufacturing method enables parts to be produced with tight tolerances and high dimensional accuracy. - Fast delivery: Modern machines can achieve high cycles per minute and thus ensure a high output quantity in a short time. Depending on the technical requirements and the schedule, other manufacturing technologies are still correct and important. Many parts are more cost-effective if they are produced as stamped and formed parts. We would be happy to advise you on your metal parts.

We continue to offer our complete range of services and are not subject to any additional bureaucratic regulations, e.g. of short time work (Kurzarbeit).  With our three subsidiaries, we have been a reliable partner for many decades regarding stamping, forming and deep-drawing and will be happy to support you:  Rapid prototyping: We realize prototypes promptly so that your innovations can be launched on the market.  In-depth support in engineering and toolmaking: We take over individual steps or even entire projects so that important processes can continue.  Quality-assuring tool relocation: We ensure a smooth transition when tools are relocated, thus safeguarding your ability to deliver.  Taking over complex production steps: Thanks to our vertical integration and processing, we can also take on demanding tasks and thus relieve your resources.  Our presses have a pressing force of 12.5 to 1,000 tons and can process material thicknesses of 0.2 to 6 mm. This means we are equipped for a wide range of your parts and assemblies.

🚛 9.9 tons of steel This is how much each individual coil that we process to stamped and formed parts at one of our SteelCo.Tech sites can weigh. There is space for up to 28 coils in the rack storage area and an average of 8-12 coils are required per order. Of course, we have numerous aids in the incoming goods department, in the warehouse and at the machines themselves. We want our employees to be able to handle these loads well and in a way that protects their health.

Prototyping for stamped parts, formed parts and deep-drawn parts Our new brochure on prototyping stamped parts, formed parts and deep-drawn parts is now online! SteelCo.Tech companies have been producing functional prototypes quickly and cost-effectively for many years. Both in initial studies and in development projects as a stand-alone solution or also in the realization of prototypes prior to series production at the sites themselves. With a team of around 50 employees in engineering, we support you in the - Designing the part ourselves or transferring the data from your data - Prompt prototype production - without producing costly tools for this purpose - Checking the dimensional accuracy or other parameters for the functionality of the parts We then hand over the data to you (for stand-alone services) or start the process of tool design and manufacture.
