Thank you for making our #MoreThanCode Festival a success!   Last week, we opened the doors for the first-ever #MoreThanCode Festival, and we couldn't be more grateful for the incredible turnout and participation! 🎉 A special thank you goes to our customers and partners – it’s through our close collaboration, shared insights, and teamwork that we’re able to push the boundaries of digital transformation.    For those who could not make it, we’re sorry you missed out – but don’t worry, here are a few highlights:   ➡️ The day kicked off with a warm welcome from our host and moderator, Katrin Hirschfeld followed by an engaging presentation from Davie Sweis on goals and the global impact of AI on business operations. Christian Kutsch & Tobias Kallenbach wrapped up the opening session with a deep dive on what makes Digital Innovation Ally (DIA) so special, highlighting our agile approach and the development of our products and services.   ➡️After a shared lunch, Martijn Geerling from the The Hackett Group Inc. provided valuable insights into digital transformation within Global Business Services, emphasising the importance of innovation in an ever-changing landscape.   ➡️Attendees then had the chance to explore eight booths showcasing our innovative products and services, while interacting with speakers or the management team either at our Candy bar or in the Networking corners.   ➡️As a special surprise for our guests, we had asked in advance what topics they were most interested in. The result? 🚀 Launching on a Journey of Incubation 🚀 Just a normal day within our department? Not really, we just kick started into a new journey - the incubation journey 🚀 On day one of our incubation journey, 22 teams came together, each bringing a unique 22 #softwareideas to the table with #customercentric or #genai focus. Between pitching 🎤, brainstorming 🧠, and starting with a blank canvas ✍🏻, we witnessed incredible creativity and passion. We dove deep into these concepts, examining them from every angle to transform them into viable business cases for digital new ideas we want to launch, which validated the ideas from each and every angle. This journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. 🥹 With dedication and vision, our teams have turned initial ideas into amazing plans, ready to revolutionize the future. We can't wait to see these innovative solutions come to life! 🚀 Thanks an again on day one to our whole DIA-team of the Stuttgart Connectory. 🚀 This week, we had a fantastic workshop with our chatbot team! It was amazing to spend a day immersed in enriching discussions and valuable updates about our current deliveries and next steps with the entire team and main stakeholders. We covered a wide range of topics, including our project’s overall status, Generative AI for augmented customer service, AI architecture, and our chatbots program structure. We also welcomed new colleagues from the AI pillars on engineering and marketing & sales, discussed the importance of writing effective user stories, advancements with Cognigy AI Copilot, and explored possibilities in different Bosch power tool areas. Additionally, we focused on the latest developments with the WhatsApp pilot, the Bosch Conversation AI Suite, and our timeline for 2024/2025. We also addressed crucial areas like digital clearance for AI products and cybersecurity strategies for our chatbot initiatives. It`s amazing to see what this team have achieved so far, supporting Bosch users around different regions in the globe, and how many nice and important possibilities we have ahead of us! A huge thank you to the entire team and all the colleagues who participated and contributed their insights. Your dedication and collaboration are key for our progress.
