T-Port
Film, Video und Ton
The first-of-its-kind online market for student & short films for the professional industry.
Info
T-Port is an innovative non-profit online platform aimed at promoting emerging talent and facilitating the distribution of short films within the professional film industry. The platform hosts more than 900 titles made by independent filmmakers and students, including award-winning films and top-festival selections from all over the world. As an industry tool, T-Port is restricted for professional use – i.e. festival programmers, TV buyers, VOD services, sales agents and distributors that are scouting for short films and talent, as well as producers and talent agencies searching for their next big discovery. Industry professionals can view the films online and contact the right owner directly. T-Port is supported by Creative Europe MEDIA, and was co-established by Tel Aviv International Student Film Festival and the Gesher Multicultural Film Fund – Israel’s leading film fund for short films.

Filmmaker Michal Toczek has been busy - four of his films currently appear on T-Port, each with intersecting themes and ideas, and two featuring the same well known Polish comic actor - Sebastian Stankiewicz - in dramatic roles. In this interview, we chat to Toczek, whose work appears on T-Port courtesy of our partners at the Polish National Film and Television School in Lodz Lodz Film School (PWSFTviT), about shooting during lockdown, what it means to collaborate with other artists, and what he gained from the film school experience. Check out the full interview on the T-Blog. https://lnkd.in/d4fqJKn8
