𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐰𝐡𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐢𝐬 𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐲 💥 Why? A question I’ve been confronted with a lot recently—in both personal and professional life. Whether it’s working late, taking extra shifts for extracurricular activities, investing in relationships, or working on yourself: Why go this far? Why put yourself out there? Why take on this much responsibility? Wrapping up our latest TEDxHHN Event, here’s what we have achieved: 👉 Attracted talented and motivated students from all the institutions in Heilbronn—HHN, TUM, 42, and DHBW—to work on a shared mission. 👉Created a platform for speakers to share ideas, for students to learn and be inspired, and for the community to discover the incredible potential of the Bildungscampus. 👉Raised funding, gained support, and built on existing infrastructure to bring the internationally renowned TED format to Heilbronn. Our why? Why not: Why not make TEDx the flagship student-led initiative of Heilbronn? Why not create a platform that truly benefits your community? Why not elevate Heilbronn to the next level? And this is just the beginning... I strongly believe we need more initiatives like this, more whys—then the how will become easy. Thank you to everyone who believed in and joined this mission. A half-day event with: 100 attendees, 30 dedicated volunteers,  8 inspiring speakers, 3 incredible sponsors. 𝗗𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗱 🌙 Prof. Dr. Michael Schredl brings over 30 years of expertise in sleep and dream research, exploring topics from lucid dreams to the deep connections between our waking lives and dreams. 😴 As Scientific Director of the Sleep Laboratory at the Central Institute of Mental Health in Mannheim, his research aims to understand and treat nightmares and other sleep-related challenges. 🛌 His clinical work includes offering specialized nightmare treatment for adults, helping individuals reshape and reduce distressing dreams. 🌌 Beyond his research, Michael teaches at the University of Mannheim’s Faculty of Social Sciences and has offered workshops in dream therapy since 1990, sharing methods for positive dream transformation. 📘 Michael also serves as editor of the International Journal of Dream Research. 🧠 We are confident, TEDxHHN and you, Michael, will make a dream team on November 30th! 😉 Foto: Daniel Lukac/ZI #momentsinmotion #speaker #event #november
