👨👨👦👦 𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰’𝘀 𝗖𝗼-𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗻 Roughly 90 of us gathered in Berlin for a truly special Co-Working Week—a perfect mix of productivity, collaboration, and fun! ✨ Throughout the week, we participated in workshops, worked closely on our projects, and embraced the opportunity to connect with colleagues beyond our immediate teams. A nice refreshment when you usually see each other through screens. Daily lunches offered a chance to share ideas, stories, and laughter in a relaxed setting. But it wasn’t all work! We celebrated camaraderie with some unforgettable moments: 🛥️ A stunning boat tour, where we enjoyed Berlin’s nighttime charm, illuminated by its sparkling city lights. 🧑🍳 A cooking class, complete with food-themed costumes! While some cooked the first course, others crafted desserts or mixed cocktails. The evening ended in true TeleClinic style—with dancing into the night. 💃🕺 This week was a reminder of what makes TeleClinic so special: 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲. 💙 Coming together not only strengthens our projects but also the bonds that make us a thriving team. Last week, our 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 came together in Berlin for an unforgettable in-person event! 🎯 𝗔 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗻𝗼 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 We kicked things off with an intense workshop, diving deep into what makes us tick as a team. We shared how we like to work, what drives us, and how we can support each other better. The best part? Getting to know each other on a personal level and building stronger bonds. 🍽️ 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗼𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗸𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻 Split into groups we prepared starter, main dish, and dessert — cooking together in the office. The result was the biggest dinner most of us experienced. Full of laughter, collaboration, and organized chaos! It truly felt like we were cooking for one big family. 🎨 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 We explored Berlin and got surprised with a graffiti workshop — a unique way to express creativity and teamwork. Afterward, we celebrated our day with food and drinks at Holzmarkt, soaking in the urban energy of Berlin together. 👪 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘀 While we thrive in our remote-first environment, moments like these — real hugs instead of virtual high-fives — are priceless.
