💻A master class in compliance training – Trainers enhance their digital skills💻 On December 6 and 11, the Alliance for Integrity hosted a global online workshop to introduce methods and tools for designing effective online trainings. Trainers from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Indonesia, Nigeria, Paraguay, and Peru participated in the sessions, which focused on: •E-didactics: Keeping audiences engaged 👩🏫 •Facilitating Transfer: Connecting trainings to real-life scenarios 🔗 •Interactive Tools: Using digital tools 🛠️ •New Working Models: Structuring successful online sessions 📊 The workshops provided valuable insights, with participants praising the practical tools and methodology. One participant described the experience as a master class in compliance training, while another one shared, “I received very useful tips to tackle common challenges as a trainer.” The Alliance for Integrity’s corruption prevention programme trains skilled professionals who, in turn, educate businesses – big and small – on building transparent systems. Currently, over 300 volunteer trainers are contributing to a more transparent economy all around the world.🌐

💫Rückblick auf unser Event zur Stärkung von Demokratie durch Korruptionsbekämpfung💫 Am 4. Dezember durften wir Vertreter*innen aus Politik, Wirtschaft und Zivilgesellschaft zu unserem hybriden Event begrüßen. Gemeinsam haben wir über die entscheidende Rolle von Korruptionsbekämpfung zur Förderung von Demokratie diskutiert. Ein paar Highlights: *️⃣Globale Perspektive: Thulebona Mhlanga von BUSA teilte Einblicke in die Herausforderungen in Südafrika und den dringenden Bedarf an transparenter Governance. *️⃣Praktische Ansätze: Georg Gößwein von DICO stellte einen Leitfaden vor, der Mandatsträger*innen bei der Umsetzung von Compliance unterstützt. *️⃣Politik und Wirtschaft: Die Bundestagsabgeordneten Bruno Hönel und Frank Schwabe und betonten die Wichtigkeit von Transparenz und Compliance in der politischen Arbeit. *️⃣Wirtschaftlicher Wandel: Nathalie Martin-Hübner von der Robert Bosch GmbH forderte eine wertebasierte Compliance, die “Paper-Compliance” ersetzt.
