Beim internationalen Geschäft insbesondere außerhalb der Europäischen Union stoßen Organisationen häufig auf Regelungen und Praktiken, die mit den europäischen Standards nicht kompatibel sind. Darüber hinaus besteht im Ausland zunehmend die Wahrnehmung, dass europäische Organisationen, auch aufgrund der Komplexität der einzuhaltenden EU-Regelungen oder nationaler Normen, zunehmend als „schwierige“ Geschäftspartner gelten.   Wie können und sollten Organisationen, Unternehmen, NGOs, etc. mit dem Dilemma umgehen, einerseits europäische Standards und nationale Normen einzuhalten, andererseits im internationalen Wettbewerb zu bestehen? Wie kann der Herausforderung „Korruption“ im praktischen Betriebsalltag begegnet werden? Welche Erfahrungsberichte und auch Lösungsansätze aus der Praxis gibt es bereits?   Akteure aus der Praxis werden ihr Wissen und ihre Expertise mit den Teilnehmenden teilen, um sie anschließend gemeinsam zu diskutieren und weiterzuentwickeln. This meeting focused on a new Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) system – a crucial component for achieving our goals as a multi-stakeholder initiative. 🎯 Key Points: 👉The session emphasized equipping participants with essential tools and information for the M&E process. 👉We revisited agreements made last year, setting the stage for the next steps in reporting. 👉As a multi-stakeholder initiative, ensuring credible and reliable data is crucial for accountability, supporting our Steering Committee in making informed decisions. 📢 Let’s continue driving integrity forward – together!

🗺️Strengthening Integrity Worldwide: A Recap of Our Onboardings for National Hubs Yesterday, the Alliance for Integrity Secretariat held two onboarding and information sessions for representatives of our national hubs – the organisations that represent us in their respective countries and implement the capacity-building programmes. 🔎 The sessions covered onboarding for new hubs and familiarization with our corruption-prevention training, DEPE (from companies to companies). This training programme is at the heart of the Alliance for Integrity's work, promoting clean business practices and a level playing field. 🎯 For experienced representatives, we discussed how they can enhance their training courses and optimize the train-the-trainer workshops, followed by an extensive Q&A session. The exchange was valuable for all participants, fostering shared learning and collaboration, and ensuring that each national hub is well-equipped for their essential role.
