Dafür erhielt sie den "Hochschulpreis der Wirtschaft". Yesterday was the day: the bloodmobile of the Deutsches Rotes Kreuz visited us in Herdorf! Many employees took the opportunity to donate blood! ❤️ Whether it's your first time or you've done it before - we appreciate every bit of support! Every donation counts and saves lives! A big thank you to everyone who took part! 💪

Our American colleagues Heinz Strickler, Matt Alagna and Mark Jankowski attended the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) Annual Conference last week, which was held under the motto “Pulse of the Industry”. The AEM is the premier organization in North America that promotes construction and agricultural equipment manufacturers and their partners worldwide and encourages growth in the construction equipment industry. 🚜🌾 We also supported the physical well-being of all participants on site and sponsored the coffee break.

Over the past few weeks, 38 of our employees have taken part in a "Six Sigma course" to expand their knowledge of process improvement. 💡 During the course, they learned about methods and analysis tools that help them to make internal processes even more efficient. In the end, 37 employees were successfully certified with a Yellow Belt and one employee with a Green Belt, some of whom received their certificate last week.🏅 We are proud of the achievements and motivation of our colleagues. Congratulations to all those certified! 😊🎉

After almost 25 years at Thomas, we said goodbye to our employee Claudia last week as she took early retirement. 😊 She last worked in coil production in our production department, but also wound them for Thomas a long time ago working from home. 🏠 Over a meal together, we looked back on her time at Thomas and would like to thank you, dear Claudia, for your commitment and loyalty to our company. We wish you all the best for your new chapter in life! 😊
