Wir freuen uns sehr, dass der VdT unsere Begeisterung für den digitalen Wechsel teilt. Auf Basis des MLETR aus dem Jahr 2017 haben wir konsequent auf den digitalen Wechsel gesetzt um Dynamic Discounting, Reverse Factoring und Zahlungszielverlängerung ohne Einbindung von Lieferanten, einfacher, effizienter und ertragreich zu gestalten. In diesem Zusammenhang sind einige Podcasts, Webinare und Artikel entstanden. We congratulate ITFA on the contents of the Conference, which Sean has so aptly summarized. As always, Sean has succinctly outlined the importance of DNI, especially digital negotiable finance instruments, i.e. bills of exchange. In this context, I would like to add another analogy to put the importance of DNI in perspective: just as the Euro pallet and the container have revolutionized the physical supply chain through standardization, the digital bill of exchange will revolutionize the financial supply chain through standardization. Complex contracts under private law will become obsolete, as existing laws (bills of exchange act) can be used. Exciting times lie ahead that will finally provide solutions to long-standing problems (e.g. Deep Tier Supply Chain Finance). ITFA will be an indispensable stakeholder!
