Here are a few images from a bull sperm data set we had lying around (don't ask). We imaged it but haven't really done anything with the images, so I invested about an hour into a quick segmentation analysis. I labeled head (green), tail (blue), base (red), curled-up tails (yellow), and debris (not shown) and now I can extract sizes, counts, shapes... #vetmed people, what do you think? What else would be interesting to detect?
