💥 New product #Dira 300-1 is getting reality! The goal is to reach at 1kHz repetition rate 300mJ of pulse energy with a pulse duration of <850fs. 📅 Today we passed a big mile stone and the laser delivered before the pulse compression nearly 400mJ at 1kHz while maintaining an outstanding beamquality!
📢 A look into the future: #Dira 300-1 becomes reality. A masterpiece of engineering, built by our incredible TRUMPF Scientific Lasers GmbH + Co. KG team. The currently uncompressed CPA thin-disk laser system delivers almost 🔥 400mJ at 1kHz. At the 🎯 operating point of 350mJ, the beam quality is with a M²<1.2 breathtaking and the pulse to pulse stability with 0.25% rms outstanding. I am super proud of the 💪 great #team.
