Since April, our valantic's voices programme has enabled digital minds within valantic to share their insights on LinkedIn more effectively. Past Thursday, 𝟭𝟲 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀 from 𝟲 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 and 𝟭𝟯 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 gathered in our Frankfurt office to celebrate a year of social media success! In a speed-dating session, they jumped right into chatting and connecting by sharing favourite books, podcasts, life advice and office hacks. In a workshop they took time to reflect on the year’s challenges and achievements. 🏆The award ceremony started with a keynote by Constantin Pelka about how Galileo Galilei can inspire our digital world today. Ambition of course ... and pizza for lunch because brainfood! • The grand finale? An impressive product presentation to the captivated audience. ✨ 𝐇𝐨𝐰 Katharina 𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐢𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 Katharina’s journey to becoming a Managing Consultant and Team Lead at #valantic in Munich was not a typical one. With a background in business administration and a focus on operations, she initially didn’t see consulting in her future. But now she couldn't imagine it any other way. ⚡ 𝗔 𝗯𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 Her start was exciting, but also challenging. Diving right into the field of supply chain transformation after university wasn’t always easy, especially as a young woman in a male-dominated environment. But Katharina stayed true to herself and developed more confidence with every project. 🚀 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 Katharina’s success as a leader and consultant is rooted in her authentic approach. Since starting her career, she has grown into a change manager for her clients, guiding them through transitions and helping them embrace new IT tools.
