We would like to thank AlixPartners once again. 🙏 Last week some of our members had the opportunity to solve a case together with AlixPartners. Case study skills were honed, and industry trends were discussed and valuable insights gained at a barbecue afterwards. In addition to the actual case study, the event itself was also a challenge. Due to massive problems with rail transport, the event (including the case solution) was organised as a hybrid at short notice. This worked fabulously - an event that we (as so often) look back on with great pleasure. Special thanks to: Dr. Emanuel Holler, Steffen Polzer, Niklas Jovy
