Perfect gloss meets soft feel - our latest printing project 🌟 Printed on high-quality 350 g/m² cardboard, we achieved impressive results on the OMET VARYFLEX V4 with 4 offset printing units and innovative hybrid drying. 👉 Materials used: Colors: Our ESALUX E4 process colors in offset printing. Varnishes: • ESAFLEX GLOSS VARNISH EY-7G102 in the first flexo varnish unit (screen roller: 200 lines/10 cm³/m²).   • UVAFLEX SOFT TOUCH VARNISH YL-4M102 in the second varnish unit (screen roller: 200 lines/10 cm³/m²). On October 1st, our factory fire brigade was called upon to practice rescue instead of putting out fires🔥🚒 That evening, the comrades trained how to safely rescue people from hard-to-reach areas. A craftsman falls into tank farm 4 while working! Not an easy task - he had to be safely placed in a rescue stretcher, secured with ropes and straps and carefully brought along a ladder to the floor above, where the rescue service took over 👷 #ZellerGmelin #ExpertlyDone #factoryfirebrigade #rescue
