Responsibilities
Back office + Front office. Phone + Mail in Office
Supplies of Phones, laptops, It equipment
Asset control (It equipment).
Liaising with third party providers
Admin work, supplier and customer forms
Credit control and debt chasing
Posting invoices in company ERP System
Invoice processing and filing for local accounting system
Credit card report
Processing expense requests
Bank reconciliation
