Position: Bauleiter (Site Manager)
Location: Eastern Germany Or Düsseldorf Area
Salary: €65,000–€77,000 per annum + Accommodation + Company Car
Are you an experienced Site Manager with a passion for renewable energy? An innovative and rapidly growing company in the renewable energy sector is seeking skilled Bauleiters to join their team and lead the delivery of large-scale photovoltaic (PV) projects across Germany.
Your Role
As a Bauleiter, you will oversee construction site management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring smooth execution of project plans.
Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure efficient workflows and adherence to timelines.
Monitor site activities for compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Act as the main point of contact between the project team and site personnel.
Ensure that all work aligns with local construction standards and project requirements
Key Requirements:
Experience: 3–5 years of site management experience, ideally in large-scale projects (PV or plant engineering preferred).
Languages: Proficiency in German (C1 level) is essential; English (B1 level) is a plus.
Knowledge: Familiarity with German construction standards and regulations.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel across Germany and commit to long-term site-based projects.
Attributes: Collaborative, adaptable, and open-minded, with strong problem-solving skills.
What’s on Offer:
Competitive salary in the range of €65,000–€77,000 per year.
