About The Job

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team at Mikuta in Berlin. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional in-store experience, embodying our brand values, and building lasting relationships with our customers.

• Provide outstanding customer service by understanding individual customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Assist customers in selecting products that align with their preferences and the Mikuta brand ethos.
• Maintain the visual presentation of the store, ensuring it reflects Mikuta’s clean and modern aesthetic.
• Handle transactions efficiently, including cash and card payments, using our POS system.
• Stay informed about Mikuta’s product lines, features, and brand story to provide accurate and inspiring information to customers.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets while promoting a positive store environment.
• Manage inventory, restocking products, and ensuring stock accuracy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail, customer service, or a related field, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to create meaningful connections with customers.
• Passion for fashion and understanding of the Mikuta brand and values.
• Team-oriented with a proactive and enthusiastic approach.
• Fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus).
