Sales Executive - ClimateTech (Carbon Accounting) - Remote - Start-Up - German & English Speaking


Venchr is delighted to have partnered with a market-leading SaaS startup specializing in compliance solutions for CBAM - they are are at the forefront of innovation, offering cutting-edge technology that helps businesses navigate complex regulatory landscapes.


The main aim is to establish itself as the global software backbone that provides the seamless operation of freshly imposed financial carbon border taxes, overcoming a significant barrier which pushes us ever closer to the decarbonisation of global heavy carbon-emitting industries.


We are currently seeking a Sales Executive to join our dynamic & young team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in the growth and expansion of our software across Europe, in-particular, the DACH region.


Responsibilities:


• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize cold calling, emailing, and social strategies

to generate new business opportunities.


• Client Acquisition: Convert leads through strategic sales techniques, building strong relationships with key decision-makers.


• Pipeline Management: Oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring all leads are tracked, nurtured, and converted.


• Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new market segments within the DACH region.


• Customer Satisfaction: Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore upsell opportunities.


Requirements:


• Languages: Native German speaker with fluent English.


• Experience: Proven track record in cold calling and sales, particularly in a B2B setting.


Experienced in using a CRM to track full sales activity. (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.)


• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, set goals, and achieve them.


• Sales Skills: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
