What you can expect:

• Support and further development of customer-owned SAP SuccessFactors HCM systems
• Independent analysis of the problems and development of customer-specific solutions
• Expert advice for key users on the use and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors HCM system solutions
• Optimization of SAP SuccessFactors HCM systems based on defined service agreements

What sets you apart:

• Relevant project experience in the design and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors HCM applications or corresponding experience in the field of application management
• Extensive knowledge of at least one of the modules Employee Central (EC), Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning or Compensation
• Ideally, knowledge of the integration of SAP SuccessFactors HCM and SAP HCM on-premise systems
• Very good knowledge of German and ideally English, both written and spoken
• Strong ability to work in a team
• Customer and service-oriented action as well as very good communication skills
• Willingness to take occasional business trips
