I'm partnered with a market leading chemicals manufacturer that is currently searching for a Production Controller to join their team in Cologne, Germany. Unlike many other companies, they tailor their products to a diverse range of industries including construction, food, agriculture, cables, coatings and many more. Due to the continuous growth of the company, they're actively looking to increase the headcount within their various supply chain teams and are searching for likeminded production professionals with experience in the chemicals sector.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring and analysing the companies production metrics
Developing corrective actions to enhance efficiency of production
Preparing various reports, statistics, product calculations, budgets, and forecasts
Collaborating with other departments, such as purchasing, supply chain & logistics, on investment projects
Continuously improving the companies controlling processes
Experience Required:
A degree in business administration, controlling, industrial engineering, or a related field
2+ years of professional experience in production controlling, preferably within the chemical industry
Experience in ERP systems, such as SAP, and MS Office, particularly Excel
Strong analytical skills and a solution-focused mindset
Fluent English & German language
