Job Opportunity: Social Media Manager (German-speaking)

Location: Fully Remote (Ideally Germany or Austria)

Salary: €40,000 - €60,000

Vacation: 30 days per year

Position: Full-time (Part-time negotiable)

Are you a strategic and creative Social Media Manager ready to take charge of diverse platforms? We're seeking a driven individual to manage and grow our social media presence, support new channels like Telegram and Reddit, and engage directly with our community—all while working 100% remotely any where in the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage content across existing social platforms
• Develop and support new channels like Telegram, Reddit, and influencer partnerships
• Engage in community management and build strong connections with our audience
• Assist with external PR, marketing, and possibly product-related projects

Ideal Candidate:

• 2-5 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or community management
• German fluency (mother tongue or second language)
• Experience with influencer marketing and partnership marketing
• Familiarity with Reddit, Telegram, or WhatsApp Business
• Comfort with healthcare-related topics and community interaction
• Willingness to experiment with new channels and approaches

This role offers a unique chance to help shape our social media strategy as our current Social Media Manager goes on maternity leave. Upon their return, there may be opportunities to redistribute tasks based on the team’s strengths.
