Such as Governments, State, Local Governments, Ministries and Educational institutions. Are you ready to take on a leadership position and manage both new business and existing business team members?
My client is a German success story that has been scaling rapidly year on year in Europe. They provide a collaboration platform that visualises teamwork across various departments and teams. Now, they are looking to scale further, specifically in the public sector. You would be managing a team of both new business account executives and existing business account managers.

Role: Teamlead Sales Public Sector
Location: Remote in Germany
Language: German + English
WFH policy: Remote in Germany
Industry: Collaboration platform
Size and functions of the local team: 70+, your team would consist of 4-6 members
Role description:
- Managing the Federal and State team (public industry)
- Supporting your team in both new and existing business deals. Help them negotiate, coach and support them in a hands-on way
- Minimum of 50K+ ARR deals, up to multi-million deals with governments
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure the SaaS offerings align with unique market needs
- Drive targeted marketing campaigns together with product marketers
Must haves:
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree
- At least 4+ years experience in selling a software solution towards the public industry
- You currently work as a manager/leader or have coached/ trained or managed others
- You either have worked as an individual contributor in the new business or existing business segment selling into the public industry
- Strong in building pipelines and managing C-level stakeholders to drive deal cycles home
- You are experienced in tenders and RVPs
