This year, we're proud to celebrate the remarkable achievements of the Allianz Consulting Academy, a program designed to empower our consultants with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their careers. 🗃️Comprehensive curriculum️ Our 4 cohorts offered 5 modules, including GenAI, Project Management, Storytelling, Insurance know-how, and Change Management. Each module is tailored to enhance core consulting skills, supporting consultants at every career stage.  🔀 Hybrid learning experience By combining AI-powered e-learning with teamwork and group coaching, we've created a dynamic and engaging learning environment. This hybrid format allows seamless integration for the training into busy schedules. In 2024, 30 internal trainers guided 186 learning journeys for our people who completed just about 3000 hours of learning. 🌐 Building connections The Allianz Consulting Academy fosters a strong community of learning and collaboration, connecting colleagues across teams and countries, including France, Germany, India, Italy, Singapore, and the U.S.  Thank you, Charles LaBelle, Andra Dodiță, Rainer Große, Raluca Iordache, and everyone who worked behind the scenes to make this program a success. This past holiday season, our Allianz Consulting Italy hub had the privilege of organizing a heartfelt food donation event in collaboration with Banco Alimentare della Lombardia "Danilo Fossati" ODV".  We were grateful to have Allianz Technology Italy join us in this effort to support those facing challenging circumstances during the festive season.  Thanks to the dedicated organization by our Italy hub and the generous online contributions from our colleagues, we successfully collected goods packages and provided essential food and childhood products to families in need. We extend our sincere gratitude to the ESG team of the Italy hub - Dragana Sekuloska Raffaele Del Gaudio Martina Capaldi Martina Di Lernia – for their impactful efforts organizing this event. Special thanks to our hub leader Marco Lamendola, and everyone Allianz Consulting Italy and Allianz Technology who participated and supported this initiative. Together, we were able to make a meaningful difference and bring joy to those who needed it. We are humbled to have had the opportunity to contribute to our community in such a significant way. We are thrilled to announce that Iyappan S. will be taking on the role of Head of Allianz Consulting Asia Pacific. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Iyappan will oversee our consulting offices in Singapore, Malaysia, and India, playing a key role in expanding our footprint in the region. Since joining Allianz in 2021, Iyappan has been a driving force in revolutionizing our process mining practice. Under his leadership, the team has experienced remarkable growth and successfully collaborated with over 20 entities. He has advocated for the broad adoption of process mining capabilities, with a particular focus on sales and underwriting. Beyond his accomplishments in advancing data analytics initiatives at Allianz, Iyappan built his expertise in strategy consulting and led process analytics initiatives across Europe, Africa, and Asia. His leadership skills, forward- thinking vision, and customer focus, along with his experience in executing strategic initiatives, position him to lead Allianz Consulting activities in the Asia Pacific region toward sustained growth and success. We are thrilled to welcome Andrea S. as the new Managing Partner for our Technology and Innovation pillar at Allianz Consulting, effective January 1st, 2025. Based in vibrant Barcelona, Andrea will spearhead our efforts to expand our presence in Allianz Services Spain. Andrea brings with her an impressive 18-year track record in the financial services industry, having excelled in both the reinsurance and banking sectors. Her leadership has driven success across various domains, including claims and underwriting operations, digitalization, and business transformation. Andrea's expertise extends to IT, cybersecurity, vendor management, and procurement, making her a perfect fit for our forward-thinking team. Before joining us, Andrea served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Flood Re and previously held the same role at Hiscox Special Risks. Her extensive international experience spans the UK, Bermuda and the US, where she has held senior positions in enterprise risk management, operations and change management, and insurance regulation and supervision. Andrea's proven leadership skills and passion for innovation make her a valuable asset to Allianz Consulting, part of Allianz Services. We are confident that her contributions will significantly enhance the Technology and Innovation pillar and drive our strategic growth ambitions in Spain.
