🏢 We have advised our longstanding client BIG Poland and its subsidiaries on successfully expanding their Polish portfolio with the acquisition of additional two retail parks: Park Kujawia in Włocławek and Atut in Myszków. Park Kujawia in Włocławek, a modern shopping centre with 21,000 sq. m. of GLA, features a diverse mix of retail and service tenants from various sectors. The centre also offers 930 free parking spaces. Atut Myszków, located in the southern part of the city, offers 13,500 sq. m. GLA and is home to several retail brands. In 2025, the centre will expand with the addition of a new store. With these important new acquisitions, BIG Poland’s portfolio has expanded to seven retail parks in Łubna near Warsaw, Lubin, Andrychów, Gorzów Wielkopolski, Ostróda, Włocławek, and Myszków, with a total of 132,000 sq. m. GLA. Together with other projects currently under development, BIG Poland’s position as a key player in the Polish retail park sector is not in doubt. 🤝 Congratulations and a big thank you to the entire BIG team: Hay Galis, Uzi Eli, Eran Levy, Elad Pedy, Arleta Myśliwiec and Bela Prendivoj for going BIG again, for your trust, excellent collaboration on these projects and possibility to assist you on your successful journey in Poland.
