No problem! 💡 For this special project, we designed a labeling system that ensures perfect label placement on the underside of perfume bottles - no matter their dimensions. The secret? Custom black transport holders with precise cutouts for each bottle shape. These holders guide the bottles through the machine, where a vacuum stamp applies the label exactly where it needs to be. ✔️ Quick format changes - no tools required ✔️ Dedicated holders for different bottle shapes ✔️ Customized vacuum stamps for various label sizes A big thank you to MÄURER & WIRTZ GmbH & Co. 🔧 Precision meets innovation: Successful FAT with MÄURER & WIRTZ GmbH & Co. KG!  We recently had the pleasure of welcoming our valued customer Mäurer & Wirtz to our headquarters in Filderstadt for a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of their custom-built labeling solution. It is designed to meet their unique requirements for labeling their exquisite perfume bottles.   Our machine is engineered to apply labels to the underside of 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗺𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘃𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗶𝘇𝗲𝘀. What makes this system remarkable is the level of precision and flexibility it offers: 🔸 The bottles are transported in custom black holders that expose only the area for label application. 🔹 A suction stamp system places the labels with pinpoint accuracy, even as the label sizes vary. 🔸 For every bottle shape and label format, there’s a matching holder and suction stamp, ensuring seamless adaptability. 🔹 Quick and tool-free format changes mean that switching between products is as efficient as it gets!   We are excited with the results – and even more so by the positive feedback from Mäurer & Wirtz. Proud to Announce HERMA's Manus Award 2025 Submission ✨ We are delighted to share that Steve Reader, Senior Design Engineer at HERMA UK’s Labelling Systems Division, has submitted his innovative Variable Width Conveyor design for the prestigious manus® Award 2025. With over 30 years of experience at HERMA, Steve has consistently demonstrated engineering excellence and a commitment to innovation and this submission is testament to his expertise. ▶️About the Project The Variable Width Conveyor is designed for the Food and Pharmaceutical packaging industries, capable of operating in environments ranging from sterile cleanrooms to refrigerated and wet conditions. This conveyor is built to handle loads of up to 5kg and operate maintenance-free for at least two years. 💠Key Innovation The drivetrain incorporates advanced 3D-printed polymer bearings, replacing traditional brass sleeves.
