A collaboration of six Volkswagen Group brands, CARIAD as development partner, Volkswagen Financial Services and yours truly, Volkswagen Group Info Services AG, Fleet Interface Data is here to provide access to a data set tailored to your needs.   Fleet managers can access essential vehicle data like fuel or battery levels, mileage, range and active warning lights. 🚓 Neuer Polizei-Streifenwagen: Der Škoda Kodiaq wird nun in Vorarlberg in den Dienst gestellt! 🚓   🚗 Bundespolizeidirektor Michael Takàcs überstellte persönlich den neuen #Škoda #Kodiaq der #Polizeiflotte nach Vorarlberg. Bei einem Zwischenstopp im Porschehof in Salzburg traf er die Geschäftsführer der Porsche Austria, Wilfried Weitgasser und Wolfgang Wurm, sowie Hannes Maurer, Vorstand der Porsche Bank Group und Markus Stifter, Markenleiter Škoda Österreich zu einem Erfahrungsaustausch.   🚔 Der Kodiaq als #Streifenwagen: Mit 193 PS, Allradantrieb und einem großzügigen Kofferraumvolumen von 910 Litern ist der Kodiaq nicht nur ein echtes Kraftpaket, sondern bietet auch ausreichend Platz für sämtliche polizeiliche Einsatzmittel. Modernste Assistenzsysteme wie der Notbrems-Assistent, der Spurhalte-Assistent oder der Offroadmodus sorgen für Sicherheit auf jeder Strecke.   🤝 Starke Partnerschaft: Die Porsche Bank als bewährter automobiler Partner des BMI übergibt mit den Škoda Kodiaq eine weitere Tranche der Abrufbestellung aus dem bestehenden BBG Rahmenvertrag mit dem Volkswagen Konzern im Operating Leasing. Darüber hinaus erfüllen für den Fuhrpark der Polizei auch weitere Modelle der Marken Volkswagen PKW und Nutzfahrzeuge, Škoda und Audi die vielen Anforderungen für den Polizeieinsatz. 🔑 Die ersten Kodiaq wurden im September von Innenminister Gerhard Karner offiziell in den Dienst gestellt. Where do you find Škoda Auto in your #community? 🌍 We have a long history as the service vehicle of choice for public agencies such as police, ambulance and emergency services.  Most recently we saw our fleets being adopted in four diverse corners of Europe – Spain, Bulgaria, Lithuania, and Austria. What I find especially interesting is that these were a mix of #electric and combustion models – confirming our strategy of giving customers freedom of choice in their powertrains. 🤝 🇪🇸 – Spain’s Guardia Civil national gendarmerie took delivery of 90 all-electric Enyaqs from our colleagues at Škoda España. The cars are #Enyaq 85x models with a WLTP range of more than 530 kilometres, and specially equipped with a law enforcement patrol kit. They will provide service in various locations around the country. 🇧🇬 – Bulgaria’s National Police began taking delivery of a total of 227 new Škoda Kodiaq 4x4 SUVs with a 2,0 TSI powertrain. All vehicles are fully equipped for use by the Security and Traffic Police throughout the country. The Kodiaqs, supplied by Euratec Auto, were consecrated at handover by priests of the Bulgarian Orthodox Church. 🇱🇹 – Lithuania’s State Forest Service is putting its confidence in e-mobility into the field, taking delivery of 88 all-electric Enyaqs that will see service across its territory. The Škoda Enyaq 85x models delivered by Motus auto, UAB have 4-wheel drive and enough ground clearance to navigate rough forest roads. The Forest Service is also installing charging stations to ensure smooth operations. 🇦🇹 – Austria’s Interior Ministry took delivery of the first five of around 2,000 Kodiaqs for the national police force. Over the coming years, the Kodiaq will replace existing cars to become the standard patrol vehicle across the country. The Kodiaq 4x4 TDI models offer the latest range of assistance systems and add advanced blue light technology. It’s an exciting range of use cases and I’m proud of how adaptable and practical our Škoda models are, whatever the powertrain. We are strategically committed to offering a range of highly efficient ICE and BEV models as well as mild and plug-in hybrids. It’s great to see this fits the preferences of our fleet customers just as well as individual drivers. 👍
