Just returned from this hotel after staying 5 nights with friends, can honestly say this was one of the friendliest hotels I’ve stayed in and I travel a lot! Our hotel room was clean and airy the bed extremely comfortable. The pool area is fairly small but clean with plenty of beds. We had bed and breakfast , the choice at breakfast was fantastic , very fresh with a huge choice of food. The location is excellent just a minute or so walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants shops etc. although Can Picafort isn’t for me and I won’t be returning, I have nothing but good things to say about EVERY member of staff we encountered, from check in staff, bar staff, breakfast area, cleaners were or seemed genuinely happy. We were always greeted and welcomed with smiling faces , nothing was too much trouble and they were also fun. I can’t name everyone but wish I could ! I did managed to get Madi’s name who worked in the bar area by the pool ( all were amazing ) she was a sweetheart. We would all highly recommend this hotel . Thank you to every member of staff you are all wonderful !

We picked this hotel as it was one of the smaller builds in the area, slightly away from the main tourist area. All boxes ticked for this when we arrived but it does seem it's twice the size we expected as it is a linked building to another wing across a small road, never mind . It offers all inclusive but we only wanted bed and breakfast . Room was small but adequate for 2 adults. Nice shower and all nice and clean , good balcony overlooking the town . Beds were 2 singles pushed together . These were clean and the matrass on both looked new. They were extremely hard and by the end of our stay both of us were experiencing back pain , we did not ask to be moved as it was a minor issue . Small but clean pool area , life guard on duty all day . Bar area supplies nice snack food up to 15:00 hrs . Pay for drinks by cash or add them to your tab to pay when you leave , no cards accepted by the bar . Short walk to beach where the main tourist area is . Plenty of choice for drinks for food here , I have done a few reviews on places we visited multiple times as they were the best we found . Beach was very clean and busy at times , take towels and a bag filled with water and snacks and sit where you want , or use the loungers and small shelters provided as it does get hot, you will have to pay for the loungers. Top price was 20 euros for all day for 2 . Further you walk along the beach. The cheaper it gets . We always walked away from the main area where there was a few bars on the beach it's self. Small shacks set up to rent windsurfing equipment are again slightly out of the main area . We found one golden rule for food and drinks , walk one street away from the beach , it's cheaper and better quality , as I said we found a few places we kept going back to . Sea can get rough and life guards were in attendance every day we were there . Germans are i would say 80% of the tourists in the area , if you like footy...you will be watching the german leagues, we saw a couple of British bars , so hunt them down if you are missing blighty 😀

Lovely hotel bright and clean right on the beach with great food. Pool area is behind the hotel but quiet with plenty on sun beds and parasols. Just a stroll to the sea if you fancy a walk, change of scenery or dip in the sea. We booked a double room with balcony or so we thought …. However on arrival, we were taken to what I can only call a very dark ‘glorified cupboard’ with an ‘ internal balcony’ ( a square of fenced off area just big enough for one chair in what looked like a lift shaft area. Over looked by several other ‘internal balconies’ from our floor and the 3 or four levels above. The only natural light was from the window are several meters away from our ‘fence’) In all my years of travel and hotel stays I have never seen anything like it. When we asked for another room the receptionist was nothing but abrupt and quite offensive. Saying that it was what we’d booked and there were NO other rooms available …… Unless of course we’d like to ‘upgrade’. Originally the only room she ‘had’ was a sea view at an additional 25 euros per night. When I said I wanted to speak to someone else she strangely had a cheaper room with a side view at 15 euros. Although we were very upset and frustrated and so not to spoil our holiday we paid. But have since on our return taken up our complaint with jet 2 via our agents.

I am just back from JS Sol Can Pica fort and need another holiday to get over this hotel. We arrived late on August 28th 24. Peubleo, at the reception desk was anything but welcoming. I actually asked him could I take a glass of water which was warm and possibly there all day. I am used to spring water on tap but I was in for a shock. I understood that I had to pay £920 for 3 adults on b/b basis for 1 week. Peubleo informed me that I actually owed £ 1569 which included b/b and dinner each night. I asked could we cancel dinner as I had not booked it. He said I could not. I decided that I would leave it until the morning after and speak with front desk staff. The following morning I went to reception met Maria who was confrontational and she advised that the price was for b/b only . Back to the price she informed me that I booked 2 rooms which was ironic when I saw the 2 rooms. I paid her £1000 on 29th August '24. as that was my limit for the day I actually had to ring my bank and explain AIB were very helpful but advised me to be careful as this incident was unusual. Following day I gave Maria the balance of £569 Maria reportedly rang her manager who said I could not cheaper room as hotel was full I would have expected this :manager to speak with me personally . During our stay I never saw any manager and I feel I would recognize leadership role and how important that role is. We got a room on 3rd floor. To say the lift took me back in time my daughter said it looked like the one in Titanic. We finally arrived outside the room 315 we were tired but we had a laugh. The 2 single beds were comfortable . A/C was excellent and appreciated. There were no chairs to sit on we brought the chairs in the balcony which were garden seats. There was no lockers only 2 small metal tables at the side of each bed which were difficult to put my phone on . The wiring was dangerous and so old it needs rewiring as a matter of urgency. There was 1 socket in bedroom believe it or not It was over the beds. I was so frightened when we plugged in our phones that it might go on fire as the plug was hot. There were 2 sockets in the second room one of the socket had 3 way plugged in adaptor feeding the fridge and kettle and TV which I thought was overloading an archaic electricity supply. The other socket when I tried to plug in my phone just falling out. This second bedroom had a bed not a sofa which they said was there. It had a fridge which appreciated though quiet old also. By the way my husband had to ask for a kettle no cutlery, cups plates knives or spoons. The bathroom was shower over bath quiet adequate .The breakfast was lacking As a diabetic I found no cereals except coco pops, fruit was lacking but some mornings I did get an apple and it was beautiful. I like earl grey tea but no joy. I dont, recommend b/b. The jacuzzi ,steam room and sauna was brilliant and I thank you for providing it for my comfort. There is pool across th

Das Hotel liegt fast direkt am Strand, das ist jedoch leider auch das einzig positive aus unserer Sicht. Wir hatten einen Appartement mit zwei Schlafzimmern, Wohnraum und Küche gebucht. Laut Veranstalter befindet sich das Appartement in einem Nebengebäude. Das Nebengebäude in welchem sich die Appartements befindet ist ein komplett eigener Komplex und gehört eigentlich gar nicht zum Hotel, da dieser auch separat eingezäunt ist, es gibt auch einen eigenen kleinen Pool. Unsere Appartement, war sehr abgewohnt und in die Jahre gekommen. Auch die Sauberkeit hat sehr zu wünschen übrig gelassen. In der Küche hat es unangenehm gerochen, was die ganzen 10 Tage nicht angestellt wurde. Beim Duschen hat man jedes mal das ganze Bad unter Wasser gesetzt, da die Dichtungsgummi nicht mehr richtig dicht waren. Wir haben am ersten Tag, unsere Unzufriedenheit über das Appartement an der Rezeption bemerkt. Diese hat uns an die Reiseleitung unseres Veranstalters verwiesen, zu welcher wir am nächsten Tag auch angesprochen haben. Ein Umzug wäre möglich gewesen, jedoch nur mit einem erheblichen Mehrpreis. Da mehrere Leute ihre Zimmer tauschen wollten, haben wir dies dann nicht gemacht, Wie die Zimmer ist auch die Anlage in die Jahre gekommen, die Holzpanellen rund um den Pool stehen zum Teil ab oder sind locker, sodass auch immer wieder Schrauben weit raus schauten. Auch der Wasserablauf rund um den Pool war zum Teil defekt. Da wir die meiste Zeit am Strand waren, hat es uns sehr gestört, dass man fast nie eine Liege am Pool erwischt hat, da diese meist pünktlich um 10 Uhr zur Öffnung des Pools reserviert wurden. Das Hotel bietet auch eine Kinderbetreuung an, jedoch haben wir diese mit unserem Kleinkind nicht genutzt, der der Kinderclub nur von 10:30-12:30 und von 15:00-17:00 Uhr geöffnet hatte und wir da meist am Strand waren oder unterwegs. Das Programm im Club war auch nicht sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Die Minidisco hat für unsere Verhältnisse mit 20:30 Uhr sehr spät begonnen. Das Essen im Restaurant war gut, aber nicht überragend. Das Personal, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns unseren Urlaub, trotz das wir mit dem Hotel nicht zufrieden waren schön gemacht und kommen sicher nach Mallorca zurück, es eine sehr schöne Insel ist, werden jedoch das Hotel nicht wieder buchen und können es leider auch aus unserer Sicht nicht weiterempfehlen.

The other socket when I tried to plug in my phone just falling out. This second bedroom had a bed not a sofa which they said was there. It had a fridge which appreciated though quiet old also. By the way my husband had to ask for a kettle no cutlery, cups plates knives or spoons. The bathroom was shower over bath quiet adequate .The breakfast was lacking As a diabetic I found no cereals except coco pops, fruit was lacking but some mornings I did get an apple and it was beautiful. Lovely hotel bright and clean right on the beach with great food. Pool area is behind the hotel but quiet with plenty on sun beds and parasols. Just a stroll to the sea if you fancy a walk, change of scenery or dip in the sea. We booked a double room with balcony or so we thought …. However on arrival, we were taken to what I can only call a very dark ‘glorified cupboard’ with an ‘ internal balcony’ ( a square of fenced off area just big enough for one chair in what looked like a lift shaft area. Over looked by several other ‘internal balconies’ from our floor and the 3 or four levels above. The only natural light was from the window are several meters away from our ‘fence’) In all my years of travel and hotel stays I have never seen anything like it. When we asked for another room the receptionist was nothing but abrupt and quite offensive. Saying that it was what we’d booked and there were NO other rooms available …… Unless of course we’d like to ‘upgrade’. Originally the only room she ‘had’ was a sea view at an additional 25 euros per night. When I said I wanted to speak to someone else she strangely had a cheaper room with a side view at 15 euros. Although we were very upset and frustrated and so not to spoil our holiday we paid. But have since on our return taken up our complaint with jet 2 via our agents.

Super schönes, sauberes, gepflegtes und modernes Hotel. Die Zimmer und auch die Außenanlagen sind optisch total ansprechend. Die Mitarbeiter in beiden Restaurants und den Bars sind sehr zuvorkommend, können alle deutsch und englisch verstehen und Wartezeiten gibt es kaum. Vor dem Hotel ist ein Spar-Markt, dort kann man das kaufen, was einem im Hotel fehlen sollte. Eine Bushaltestelle ist gleich an der Hauptstraße, von der man im Hotel nicht viel mitbekommt. Das Essensauswahl ist üppig, jeden Tag gibt es ein anderes Konzept und es ist für jeden was dabei. Wenn man all In gebucht hat, trägt man ein Armband. Wenn man Getränke bestellt, wird das Band gescannt- dieses funktioniert auch als Zimmerschlüssel und man muss keine Karte oder einen Schlüssel mitführen. Auf der Dachterrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer, sogar Alucida kann man erkennen.

Just got back from a lovely break in the sun,the hotel was lovely would definitely be returning,the location is fantastic,the rooms are basic,but can't moan for the price,the food was excellent very good choice,right on the beach with plenty of shops and restaurants with good entertainment,pool was lovely and clean,staff were very friendly and helpful,look forward to returning next year, photos from the hotel looking out to the beach

Im Vista Park werden Service, Sauberkeit und Dienstleistung absolut groß geschrieben. Für ein 3* Haus kaum vorstellbar zu toppen. Die Rezeption mehrsprachig und sehr zuvorkommend, Servicepersonal super freundlich, professionell und stets hilfsbereit, die Damen vom Room Service immer nett, richten die Zimmer sehr gut her. Auch ein Lob an den Hausmeister, der sogar unseren Koffer repariert hat, da er beschädigt in Palma ankam. Das Essen und die Auswahl sind sehr ausgewogen. Veggie bis Fleisch und Fisch. Frische junge Küche bis hin zu Klassikern. Die Bar & der Poolbereich bietet allerlei, stets mit lustigen Sprüchen und Unterhaltungswert. Der Pool ist top gepflegt. Verfügt über verschiedene Massagedüsen und viel Liege Möglichkeiten. Entfernung zum Strand sehr angenehme 5 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schon ab 1 Straße weiter. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir waren 10 Tage dort und hatten ein Zimmer im 5. Stock, die Aussicht war sehr schön. Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, nur über die Hauptstrasse und man ist in der Einkaufsstraße, in ca 5 Minuten am Strand. Es gibt viele gute Lokale zum Essen in der Nähe. Parkplätze beim Hotel sind auch genügend da. Die Pool Anlage ist wunderschön und für Kinder perfekt. Auch der Kidsclub war sehr bemüht damit die Kinder Spaß hatten. Es sind immer ausreichend Liegen vorhanden. Am Pool gibt es auch eine Bar wo man Snacks, Eis und Getränke bekommt, zu einem normalen Preis. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber!!! Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann sich auch einen Buggy für die kleinen gegen Gebühr im Hotel ausleihen. Wir hatten nur Frühstück, die Auswahl war sehr groß, und es war wirklich für jeden was dabei, wenn man da nichts findet dann weiß ich auch nicht ;) Meine persönliche Meinung ist wenn man was finden will dann wird man überall was finden wie zb eine Armatur die kalkflecken hat usw. ;) Wir können das Hotel wirklich weiterempfehlen und wir würden auch jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen!

Preis Qualität sieht mir sehr gut aus. Sie haben Gel/Schampo Creme und Zahnschädel und Zahnpasta. Das Zimmer war sauber und korrekt für den Preis des Bereichs. Wir hatten einen Flachbild-TV und einen Ventilator. Das komfortable Bett und mehrere Kissen. Wir hatten eine Terrasse mit einem Tisch, zwei Tisch und einem Tisch, um zu bekommen. Das WiFi ist kostenlos und funktionierte sehr gut.

Das Hotel ist sauber und die Zimmer inkl. Badezimmer sind recht groß. Leider funktionierten in zwei von drei angemieteten Zimmern die Klimaanlagen nicht, so dass der Erholungsfaktor dadurch schon stark beeinträchtigt war. Behoben wurde dies trotz mehrmalige Bitte nicht. Die Dame an der Rezeption zeigte sich während unseres Aufenthalts nicht gerade hilfsbereit oder kundenorientiert und wirkte sehr unfreundlich. Das Personal im Restaurant war zwar freundlich, aber auch recht unpersönlich bzw. oberflächlich. Von anderen Hotels kennen wir das anders. Das Essen war o.k. Schade war, dass sehr viele Fertigprodukte, gerade zum Frühstück angeboten wurden. Die Bedienungen an der Bar waren immer gut gelaunt und sehr freundlich. Der Pool war absolut gepflegt und man konnte ruhige Stunden dort verbringen. Da unser Flug erst spät abends ging und das All-Inclusive-Angebot nur bis 12.00 Uhr am Abreisetag in diesem Hotel gilt, mussten wir die Verpflegungskosten selber tragen. Dies war für uns bei der Buchung vorab nicht zu erkennen. Der Strand ist fußläufig in 5-10 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Die Strandpromenade ist typisch touristisch geprägt.
