Antique hotel in a very good location close to the beach however no nothing is guaranteed by the hotel. There is no option to book parking (first come first serve basis), they can’t guarantee a good view to the sea even through you book a sea view room (you can end up to the side of the hotel which allows you a glimpse to the sea and that’s not what you really want and pay for). When trying to call the hotel goes to a customer service desk then they transfer you to the main reception which ends up with a dropped call several times considering the call is being charged per minute (we’re not in the 80’s, take some ownership for this please), if you finally get through they won’t be able to reserve a parking space at the hotel and guide you to park elsewhere (this you can literally do yourself without the hassle and waste of time). None of these (parking and room selection) are communicated precisely until you check in which in essence makes no sense when you want to plan your stay ahead. Overall the staff is kind and friendly so no improvement needed here, the opportunity stands for the hotel management who implement procedures and policies. The rooms have a heavy smell due to the age of the building, there is a brochure that explains refurbishment undergoing in that sense. Wifi - you can have daily access if you pay for wifi (I believe it was £7/24 hours) , this is also a thumbs down nowadays (tips: if you want to charge for wifi include this in the overall price fees so people don’t obviously pick on this or just offer it with the stay like a respectable business - a coffee shop where you spend £3 for a coffee offers it for free on a daily basis, think about it). Looking at breakfast - there is full English or cereal, oats and fruit. The terrace looks pretty nice, well looked after, a nice oasis to relax your senses listening to the sea waves. There is a chess board on a bigger scale just on the terrace, this if a nice setup and addition to the hotel vibe. The room was extremely comfortable and the bar not too expensive in all fairness. The continental breakfast was very good we both went back to the room extremely stuffed the only downfall was we only had one night here , if it wasn’t for work tomorrow we would have booked another night. We will definitely be coming back again that’s for sure.

Schönes Hotel, große Lage, freundliches Personal, Zimmer war sauber und wirklich schön und modern. Ich hätte nicht nach einem besseren Hotel gefragt!

One of the best UK hotel stays I've had so far. The room was newly refurbished and tastefully done with high quality & well thought of interior decorating. Amenities were top notch and clean. The in-house restaurant has a good menu with ethically sourced ingredients, very tasty. The staff were so helpful and efficient, thank you team!

Das Hotelhall ist wunderschön und schön, das Restaurant ist gut, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, der Kellner ist sehr freundlich, der Service ist gut, das Hotel ist sehr nahe am Strand, die Umgebung ist sehr schön, das Wasser ist sauber! stark empfohlen

Das Zimmer war sauber, schönes Badezimmer und komplimentäre Badprodukte. Had ein Problem mit den Zimmern elektri’... bei Ankunft der TV, Lampe und Badezimmer Lichter würden nicht schalten. Fuse Box wurde von der Mitarbeiter kontrolliert und elektrisch kam wieder an. Elektrisch wieder spät abends, wenn man die Kessel verwendet. Nachtporter (der wenig Englisch sprach) schlug wieder auf die Schmelzbox und sagte mir, das nächste Mal weniger Wasser in die Kessel zu setzen! Versuchte, dass aber elektrisch wieder geschlagen, so fragte, um Platz zu bewegen. Er hat das uns aber einen Schlüssel gegeben! Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt nur unfortunate Situation mit Elektrizität.

Das ist das beste Hotel in Bonmouth. Ich hoffe, es ist etwas neu gestaltet. Aber ich bin Hilton, also gehe ich manchmal. Die Lage ist komfortabel und ok.

Das Hotel ist etwas alt und auf drei Sternen Ebene im Inland, aber es ist noch sauber und sauber. Sehr ruhig. Ungefähr 100 bis 200 m vom Meer entfernt, sehr nahe, aber es braucht einen nächsten 50 m langen Skigebiet. Das Wetter im Juli ist noch ein bisschen kalt und das Untersee ist unmöglich. Die Stadt ist sehr klein, und das Ziel ist etwa 1 km rechts vom Hotel aus der Ski-Rolle. Sie gehen zu Old Harry Rocks und Durdle durch die Fahrt in einer halben Stunde und einer Stunde, nicht weit.

Fantastisches Hotel in einer tollen Lage. Wahrscheinlich das größte Zimmer für ein Standard-Doppelzimmer. Sehr kurzer Spaziergang zu einem großen Strand. Personal sehr hilfreich
