We get free upgrade room from standard room to room that have bathtub & balcony. The location is quite far from old town street, around 30-40 minutes. But the view is very peaceful & nice. The hotel does not have an elevator, so you need to climb the stairs but you can ask the staff to help you to bring your luggages to your room. They also have a 2 cute cats in the lobby. The breakfast doest not have that much option especially for a muslim travellers. We just can eat egg & corn. Maybe the hotel can add sweet potato as well. But overall, the staff is very nice & helpful. Will recommend this hotel for those who love a place that is from city.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Service from the team is really excellent. They are always available to help for eg we cant book the e bike as we are not local but the staff will help. The hotel is beautiful especially with the cafe downstairs with live music. Afternoon tea is provided and fresh fruits is given to you on a daily basis. There s a small town near the hotel with food choices and some shopping, also not too far from ancient town n no problem in getting transport. The hotel also helped you to arrange transport/ driver if you want to explore other parts of erhai. Overall a wonderful stay at this hotel!
