Great service and very good breakfast ! 20-minutes walk to the Tottenham stadium and 1.5 hour to the Heathrow Airport. Will do it again if go for HotSpur’s match.

Lovely location and we had an upgrade to one of the best rooms upon arrival which was as a surprise! Lovely breakfast but Could do better with cleanness of the hotel.

Ich übernachte regelmäßig in diesem Hotel und bin stets sehr zufrieden. Es ist gut zu erreichen mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder dem Auto. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Raumtemperatur war bei meinem letzten Aufenthalt etwas zu kühl. Aber ansonsten kann ich dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen!

Generally ok if location is the key for something very local. Decoration, room condition, smell, poor sound insulation all needs work IMO......................................................................................

The beds were the most comfortable and cosy of any hotel we have stayed at. The staff throughout were helpful, diligent and friendly. The breakfast offering was excellent in both choice and freshness. Surprisingly, for such a busy area the room was very quiet and restful.

Viktor was fabulous and made sure we were comfortable and helped us with anything we needed. Thank you Viktor! The food was also great for the price that it is. The hotel was clean and the pillows were comfy! The hotel reception staff were also very polite and eager to help!

Abdul and his team are excellent and go above and beyond every time I stay here. I frequently use this hotel for my stays when going to Drumsheds which is a short 2min walk to the venue! The rooms are always clean and well kept and the staff always are helpful. Highly recommend. B Johnson.

I been there yesterday the hotel has such a clean rooms and the bar is so nice but in the morning ı had my flight cancelled so ı had to stay 1 more day and ı went to the Reception ı Said ı don’t have bank care and the man from the reception just understand the problem and helped me to stay 1 more day. Abdul & gazi are so friendly and hard workers. They make sure ıf the room is clean, they try to help as much as they can. If u go don’t forget to say hi from me, ı appreciate it 😌🙏🙏

CLEAN AND TIDY, which is all you can ask for, Comfortable rooms that have everything you need. Bit strange there is a ROOM service menu but no phone in the room? so when we had trouble with Air Con we had to go down three floors to reception. But they handled it perfectly and had to go in the back room and turn something on. We opted for the restaurant on site for the first night and was surprised who nice it was was for the price. Both of us had starters and main and there was so much couldn't have a dessert!!! We then booked the £10.99 pp breakfast option which didn't disappoint the next morning and set us up for the day perfectly. Special mention to the staff....as hotel is woefully understaffed. The guy who checked us in was the barman, cocktail waiter and sat us down for dinner when the restaurant opened at 17;30. Few more staff started to appear after 6pm and it was comforting to see a security guy on the door and one walking around the corridors, checking or other problems . All in all we had a great stay with the great team at the hotel and will defiantly book here again if on the area

Very nice couple days stay for my birthday, Abdul was very helpful with checking us in early! Came down from Scotland and arrived pretty early on but didn’t want to mess around back and forth with luggage, fortunately rooms were available for us to use from an earlier time!

They keep generating new bookings and charging to my credit card. Retaliation for making a guest service complaint? I had a bad stay in August. First our room had a broken toilet, then the new room stunk of cigarette smoke. They clearly do not check their rooms for servicability. Reception would not take note of my complaint and only said I had to contact a guest services email. After 6 weeks I finally got a response from customer service offering a good will credit/refund. Instead of refunding anything they just put a new charge on my credit card for even more than the original stay. Guest Relations does not reply to emails. When I call the hotel, they say they can't do anything. There is no guest relations phone number.
