Location is good, walking distance from the Old Town. The main historical places are nearby. Breakfast is delicious.

Nice hotel located 5 minutes from the centre, clean and open 24/24, rooms well equipped with complimentary coffee and tea, small bathroom but well organized in space; electricity sockets next to the bed, kind staff; some problems with the curtains that let light enter and the bed duvet too short! breakfast excellent with a lot of choices from salted to sweet food.

Struttura semplicemente perfetta. Posizionata a 5-6 minuti a piedi dalla piazza centrale, si distingue per l'eccellenza del servizio, dell'ospitalità, della pulizia e della colazione. Gli ambienti sono particolarmente accoglienti, così come accogliente è lo staff. Camera decisamente spaziosa, pulitissima (vale la pena ripeterlo), servizi igienici perfetti, ottima la doccia e tutti i dettagli che hanno reso questa breve vacanza particolarmente piacevole. Nelle immediate vicinanze c'è di tutto: dal negozio di almentari alla caffetteria, passando per i tanti ristoranti.

Our first visit to Krakow. What a lovely hotel, situated within an easy 7 to 10 minute walk to the main square on foot, depending on whether you choose the most direct route, or via Florian’s gate, where there are many restaurants, bars, shops and artists. Our room had everything we needed, was always kept clean and was quiet. There is a good choice for breakfast and they even laid out Prosecco and orange juice at the weekend for Buck’s Fizz, a nice touch. The staff were cheery and helpful and the hotel’s bar was well stocked. Don’t need anything else do you? We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again, should we return to Krakow.

Stayed at this hotel for four nights. A very clean and very well run hotel. Nothing was too much trouble, and I can't complain about anything apart from the coffee machine in the bar not being able to be used after 9 pm. We thought this was rather early as like to have a coffee before bed. There was coffee in the room, but only creamer was available, and it was not nice. The staff were so helpful, breakfast was nice, plenty of choice, and a lunch bag was provided for us to go on an excursion at extremely short notice on our part. The hotel was so accommodating, great service. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for 4 days with my wife who has mobility issues. Accessibility: Excellent, reception and access to the rooms, restaurant and other facilities fully accessible nice big lift as well. Location: 5 minute walk into the centre, couple of bars, a shop and cafes in the immediate area of the hotel, road outside accessible for taxis etc. Rooms: no 123 Fine for a city break, shower/toilet a good size modern décor, cleaned everyday to a high standard Room has TV, kettle, safe, hair dryer and a fridge Storage space was at a premium only one small wardrobe could have done with a set of drawers as there wasn't enough space really. bed was comfy enough however I think the hotel should provide more than 1 small pillow per person or at least have a couple extra in the room (rather than having to ask at reception). Biggest issue was the duvets two single duvets instead of one double. Food: Breakfast self service good quality was the usual fare consisting of Continental cooked meats and cheeses, traditional cooked breakfast Polish sausage, bacon, scramble/ fried eggs, beans toast etc as well as a selection of fruits, yoghurts, pastries. Restaurant limited menu options for obvious reasons ate once quality of the food was good though not sure the popcorn added anything to the pumpkin soup which was very nice. Bar open till 10 served a wide variety of drinks included ales, my wife really liked the cocktails which were excellent and reasonable priced. Staff: all the staff we had contact with were very pleasant and professional and are a credit to the hotel. If your looking for a reasonably priced hotel close to the square the Golden Tulip is ideal for city break and I would have no hesitation staying here again.

What a find a really lovely modern hotel .Very comfortable clean warm & cosy in very cold November just like home from home!! Location was brilliant 10 min stroll to main square. Breakfast was just perfect fresh fruit choice was the best lve ever had . Would highly recommend this great hotel .

Just returned from a fabulous 5 night break ,hotel only a 5 minute walk from main square, room was lovely and warm when we arrived , and was always a pleasure to return to after our days out ,this hotel doesn't want you to get cold always super cosy and very welcoming, bed was super comphy shower was lovely and hot ,room was lovely and clean ,breakfast buffet selection was good catered to suit all ,we finished our nights with a night cap of Jamesons at the hotel bar thankyou to the friendly bar man ,highly recommend Krakow lots to see and do in a Lovely place 😊😊

Absolutely fabulous hotel about 10 mins walk to the square staff where Lovely booked our Auschwitz-Birkenau tour through them picked up at hotel room was lovely cleaned every day new towels we even had dinner in the hotel one night food was lovely breakfast is amazing everything you need to set you up for your day thank you golden tulip for a lovely stay

The hotel is situated in a perfect location, only 5 minute walk to the square. The whole hotel is immaculately clean and the staff are kind and friendly. The breakfast includes a large selection of hot and cold choices. Highly recommend and we would stay here again.

Hotel was basic but very clean and tidy. Rooms refreshed daily. Good location only a 10 minute walk from the main square. All staff were friendly and polite. There was a room to store luggage which we used on arrival and departure days which was useful. Only con is the rooms were so hot, couldn’t get the air con cooling down at all. Even with the window open the rooms were hot. Breakfast had a good selection however the bread was poor quality.

What a great hotel. Location is about 5/10 minutes from the main square. Our room, a twin, was good, although bizarre pillows that were more like cushions! The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast was great with lots of choice, the granola pots were very good! All the staff were so friendly and helpful, they couldn’t do enough for us. I would definitely recommend this hotel as good value for money with a superb location. It was also very quiet at night
