Das Zimmer ist sauber und ordentlich, mit eigenem Bad und kostenpflichtigem Frühstück. Über das Hotel kann man einen Tagesausflug buchen, der sehr günstig und bequem ist und sich lohnt.

Gute zentrale Lage, direkt in der Nähe des Praça do Comércio, aber Zimmer leider viel zu klein für die Menge an Leuten und wir haben nicht das Zimmer bekommen, was bei der Reservierung auf den Bildern zu sehen war und das Personal war teilweise sehr unfreundlich…

The hostel is at a good location. It's possible to reach a lot within a few minutes walk. Rossio station, Metro and Bus are near. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. The only downside is that we heard everything in our room. It's poorly soundprooven because it's an old building. But all in all a good choice to stay.

The best Hostel I have stayed in thus far! The staff is super nice and they make you feel right at home! The events scheduled by the hostel is really fun! The rooms are clean and the best super comfy. The hostel is also in the heart of Lisbon city centre. This is a great hostel for solo travellers as you will meet amazing people!

The only "con," if you can call it that, is the stairs in this historic building. Reception is on the fourth floor, and there is no elevator. But staff will help you carry your bags up the stairs to your room. We stayed in the three-bed dorm room as a family. We found the hostel staff to be incredibly friendly, helpful, and positive. The hostel was very clean and comfortable. And the location is very convenient. Staff help provide useful information about sights and getting around Lisbon, as well as other parts of Portugal. We really enjoyed our stay here, and spending time with other travelers.

Absolutely love the hostel staff. Best I have seen. Very very accommodating! Will definitely stay again. Any request was met with yes. Only downside was narrow and steep steps but staff helped with luggage. Also very clean and comfortable beds.

If you decide to stay here (which I would not recommend) please do not go to the pub crawl. It seems like a fun time but the staff and owner try to get everyone extremely drunk. I witnessed the owner and his friend giving young girls shot after shot until they could barely stand. The owner and his friend (who both looked to be in their late thirties) eventually left with two very drunk young girls (who looked to be around 18). The two guys practically had to carry the girls out of the bar because they were so incapacitated. The owner may seem charming to some but he gave me really creepy vibes. If you are a female traveler I would steer clear of this place.

This is a very nice hostel. Everyone is very friendly and the receptionist even spent time with me at check in to show me Lisbon on a map and where to go. I was in a 4 bed dorm room which was spacious and had everything you needed. Be aware that they only have mixed gender rooms so if this makes you uncomfortable then I recommend somewhere else. It was quite hot in my room however this can be mitigated by opening the window if you don’t mind traffic noise. I did get unlucky as there was a bachelor part staying in the hostel at the same time as me and they were very loud. The hostel is very well located plenty of restaurants and landmarks within walking distance and the subway is also very close. There is no laundry on site so you will have find one close by if needed. There is a bathroom on each floor and they stayed remarkably clean considering how many people use them. All in all a very good hostel.

had the best time here , everyone was so friendly , the hostel staff were so so amazing, my friend lost her passport and they were so helpful trying to help us sort it out! coukdnt recommend it more!!! also super fun and super central! perfect hostel

Lena immediately helped me carry my huge suitcase up the steps, gave me ice tea and showed me around. After that gave me a map and highlighted all the best places to go. Where coffee was and water. I would highly recommend this hostel. The staff alone are so kind and helpful. My room looked directly at the castle and the facilities are kept super clean

The location is pretty much perfect for exploring the city, it's dead centre and close to the metro and one of the main train stations. The staff are really nice and helpful and we loved the chill-out area upstairs. The room was spacious and the mattress really comfortable, there was also enough bathrooms across the different floors so that one was always available. Bathrooms were cleaned daily and the shower was nice and warm with good water pressure. The pillows in the room were more like cushions, they were actually comfortable but we only got one each so it wasn't overly comfortable as a whole. The room got very stuffy and hot even in May and there wasn't even a fan, opening the window also wasn't an option as the inner courtyard it opened out onto was so loud with the noise of AC units from other rooms (ironic!!).

From the moment of our arrival, we felt at home. Such a warm greeting, orientation to the city, and then our first wonderful communal supper cooked by the hostel team. Great value meal, with unlimited wine for only 12 euros, and where we started to relax into the vibe of meeting all the other guests staying at the hostel. Beds were comfy doubles in the rooms we stayed in (some have bunks) and each day whilst we were out exploring beautiful Lisbon, they were cleaned, beds made and our stuff tidied up! Not only this, but the hostel team noticed when you returned from your day out and came around with either a glass of wine or a chilled iced tea. The hostel also organized a brilliant day trip to the amazing Pena Palace, Quinta Da Regaleira, Sintra National Park and the beach in Cascais. This is simply the nicest, most relaxed place I've ever stayed in. The sweetness of human connection is created by the hostel staff, all of which were just super nice humans. Thank you. We are SO happy to be F****** Tourists now. :)

Outstanding staff. Helpful & knowledgeable. Very clean!!! Incredible location! This was our first time staying at a hostel…we will definitely stay here again!!! Lots of stairs, so just know that. Short walk to the water & to the old town. Perfect choice!
