Everything can be done except without wf. It is clean and air-conditioned and suitable for traveling alone.

Initially, I was quite frustrated due to a misunderstanding between myself and the butler, which left me feeling upset. However, I must say that the property manager, Engr. Ella, or the OIC, handled the situation exceptionally well. She took the time to listen to my concerns, addressed the issue promptly, and made sure that everything was resolved to my satisfaction. Her professionalism and patience truly turned my experience around. Aside from this initial hiccup, the rest of my stay at The City Flats - Sacred Heart was fantastic. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to Penthouse 8747 for our year end party. The rest of the staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure I felt at home. I really appreciated the personal touch from Engr. Ella and how she ensured the rest of my stay was smooth and enjoyable. I’m glad I chose this place, and despite the rough start, I would definitely return and recommend it to others. Kudos!

No proper ventilation in the upper of the bunker, and receptionist is not available immediately.

It was okay but I dont know how they will clean the room. Maybe if you could give broomand dustpan and map so that the guest can clean also inside.

I was there for almost 20 days! The staff were welcoming and always happy to help. The common area was a great place to meet other travelers. no kitchen there. but The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The hostel's location was perfect for exploring the makati city. I recommend it!

有些附近大學進修人員長住，房間比較新，房間帶熱水壺，微波爐，也有些沒微波爐，配置不一。酒店帶電梯，藝術用品自備，唯一缺點就是房間沒wifi,需要去大堂前台才有信號，門口外面信號會更好。

裏面很擠，太小了！沒有Wi-Fi ！！房間太小了！希望能改善！好處就是有電梯！
