Es ist eigentlich ziemlich gut. Ich weiß nicht, warum die Bewertungen nicht hoch waren. Parkplatz, normalerweise kosten sie 10 EUR. Aber weil trip.com sagt kostenlos Parkplatz, haben sie einen Bonus verzichtet. Die Jungs in der Rezeption waren nett. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Ich hatte eine Menge Kiwis... Kein Salami nur Hammer.

Sehr guter Wert. Es befindet sich im Zentrum von Messin, so ist ein 10m Fuß von der Hauptstation. Unterzeichnung war ein wenig verwirrend, da es niemand an der Tür, um mich zu lassen, aber eine Zahl wurde bereitgestellt, so dass ich angerufen und ich wurde eingelassen. Meine Zimmerkarte war bereits in einem Umschlag in der Nähe der Einfahrt vorgefertigt, so dass ich nichts weiter zu tun brauchte. Check-in took two minutes, the receptionist was very professional. We got the key and clear instructions to our room, and the wifi password. The room was functional, but good enough for the purposes. The bed was large enough and comfortable. The room's windows faced the water, and we enjoyed seeing the ferry from the balcony when we opened the window. The room also had a working desk which was good, as we needed space to do some computer work. The bathroom amenities were ample, and we had plenty of fresh linen. Breakfast the next morning was a HUGE spread. Among all the hotels we stayed in Sicily, this one had the most food on offer. The waiter at the coffee station was commendable - we ordered a hot chocolate and the effort he put into making the perfect cup just made our day. I want to make a special mention to the lady at reception. I left my passport in the room after we checked out, and didn't realise it until over an hour later. I rang in a state of panic and she calmly reassured me that they had found it and she was holding on to it for me. Despite the slight language barrier, she communicated compassion perfectly. When I reached the hotel, she handed it over with the kindest smile, and that immediately dialled down my stress levels. 5/5 is not high enough for the service rating of this place, I would give them 10/5 if I could. And the lady at the front desk needs a promotion.

Io e mio marito siamo molto soddisfatti dei tutti servizi dell'albergo. Situato in centro della città di fronte al terminal delle crociere, dove abbiamo partiti. La camera matrimoniale è stata molto comoda e ordinata. Il bagno abbiamo trovato pulitussimo e completo. Una bella colazione era perfetta e ricca dei piatti salati e dolci, il cappuccino ottimo e la tavola come nel ristorante con la visita al mare. Ringraziamo il personale del hotel contutto il cuore!
