This experience in Nanjing South Railway Station Atour Hotel was top-level!I was traveling in Suzhou with my family. The old man in my family accidentally fell in the bathroom. There was no response at that time. In the afternoon, we came to Nanjing again. When we went out the next day, the old man felt a little uncomfortable, so we returned to the hotel. In the afternoon, we lay in bed and couldn't move. Because we came to China to travel, we called the front desk to look for it. Ask for help. The little girl at the front desk was very enthusiastic to help us call the ambulance. When the ambulance arrived, she also helped the doctor to send my mother to the ambulance and asked if we needed to be accompanied by staff. However, due to the limited seats in the ambulance, the little girl took the initiative to add our WeChat so that we could contact her when we needed! The little girl at the front desk took the trouble to help us contact the ambulance and the Chinese embassy for three consecutive days! Thank you very much to the little girls at the front desk, and also to the leaders of Nanjing South Railway Station Atour Hotel. Thank you!

10 stars for the staff if I could!! They were all super nice and helpful! The location is about 10-15mins walk from Nanjing South Railway station. Nothing much around but there's a 24/7 Lawson round the corner and the hotel serves a simple supper from 9-11pm every day. The only bad thing about this place is the lift. There's only 1 lift serving 8 floors and the sensor for the card is not that good.

The room is nice, clean, and roomy. The services are excellent. In particular, we would like to thank the young manager at the front desk who has been extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast serves good tasty foods and has many choices. We also enjoy the free transport to/from the hotel to Nanjing South Metro station. This is extremely convenient as the subway is the main transport for us to sightseeing all the famous locations in Nanjing. We rate the hotel 10 and would definitely stay in the same hotel on our next trip to Nanjing.

酒店的房間很乾凈温馨，無衞生死角。早餐豐富，健身房在書吧的旁邊，比較小，但也夠用，會有工作人員定時清消。會有很多貼心的服務，深夜粥到、路上早餐、前台温水等。免費接送站的服務很方便，只是和南京南站之間的接送。

第一次住亞朵，比我想象得好很多。首先説，雖然離南站很近，但是接送站服務還是很貼心，畢竟自己走還是很累的。其次，我説帶長者剛要安靜房間，前台小哥很貼心地幫忙升級但17層的房間，可以看見高鐵穿梭，但是卻沒有噪音。再説酒店房間非常乾淨整潔，毛巾等物品比較考究，感覺品質有保障。而且還貼心地贈送了亞朵出品的紅茶綠茶飲料和小餅乾等。還有就是贈送了半小時的盲人按摩，手法很專業，按得很舒服，而且加鐘的話價格也不貴。最後説幾點小瑕疵: 一是南站附近有好幾個亞朵，尤其是有個南站北廣場亞朵，要注意分辨，打車的時候注意終點別設定錯了，不然也要走很遠。二是機器人送物品，雖然新奇智能，但是速度有點慢，且容易送錯。三是水盆下水閥比較松，容易被水一沖就關閉。總體來説，瑕不掩瑜，酒店工作人員態度非常好，走的時候還給的是温熱的礦泉水，超級暖心。以後預訂酒店還會考慮亞朵。
