Wonderful attentive staff who helped us to change rooms when we were sensitive to the smoke smell from another room. They also upgraded our room free of charge, gave us fruit everyday. The manager came to fix the coffee machine when it broke down. They also gave us free breakfasts every day. There are free washing and dryer machines too. Firm bed and pillows too.
