Breakfast is very good. Location is good but the room is a bit small and cleaning can be improved

I and my family told 2 days staying at this hotel. The service was amazing and friendly. Moreover, the location was so cool because it surrounded by bus stops and train stations which was very easy for us at tourists.

Hotel, staff and location ideal for the train station and tram. Only a trams ride away from the restaurants and beach. However, the breakfast was very basic. Lacking in variety, one fruit option and no sausages although they advertised them on their literature/ photos.

The second time I stayed here. Very pleasant stay. Buffet breakfast is good . Location is good if u come by train . Rooms are a bit small . Toilets with glass walls my not be suitable for everyone

Good hotel with good location ( near Newcastle train and tram). They charge for Parking which is more better if free 🥹 Overall is good, nice breakfast!

The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The only thing I didnt like was not having any air flow in the corridors, it was stifling and uncomfortable. The other thing that would be nice would be instructions on how to operate the air conditioner in the room. Other than that the staff where nice and friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable, the hotel situated close to restaurants.

Simple and clean hotel with breakfast included. Our go to hotel in Newcastle as it is priced competitively and quite new and clean.
