I had the most wonderful stay at LISIMAN Xinsu Yusiye Oxygen Supply Manor in Shangri-La! Everything was perfect, from the beautifully designed room to the breathtaking view and the peaceful atmosphere, but what truly made this experience unforgettable was their staff. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with warmth and genuine kindness. They weren’t just helpful; they were thoughtful, caring, and truly dedicated to making us feel at home. Their attention to detail was incredible, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask and always ready to assist. Traveling with a baby here felt effortless. The staff absolutely adored my baby, and the feeling was mutual. My baby loved them just as much. Their kindness and care made us feel safe, comfortable, and deeply grateful for their hospitality. The staff here don’t just do their jobs. They pour their hearts into making our stay special. Their warmth, patience, and attentiveness set them apart, and they truly deserve all the recognition in the world. I would return to this place just for them. The hotel is super nice and highly recommended. The view from the lobby and room is beyond amazing. We really love the room design, the equipments and amenities are really great. They even provided oxygen generator and humidifier in the room. We had breakfast and dinner at hotel and the taste were perfect. On top of that, all the staffs were super nice and helpful. They took care of us very well and we were much impressed. If you have plan to Shangrila, I really recommend this hotel. You won’t regret.

The bed was especially cozy and they have many cute animals right outside the room. 🥹🥹 they provide hearty breakfast and the people were so friendly. We look forward to returning on my next trip!

Their hospitality made us feel truly welcomed and well-prepared for our trip. Additionally, we were allowed to check in early, which was a huge convenience after our journey. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, with cozy floor heating that kept us warm despite the chilly weather. The room was very comfortable, with a strong internet connection, making our stay both relaxing and convenient. To top it all off, we even received a free gift upon checkout, which was a lovely surprise! Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations with its outstanding service and attention to detail. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shangri-La!
