This new Infinity Rooftop Spa is a new addition to the many pools available at the resort. Experience different salinity levels and temperatures, from 29°C to 36°C, with the variety of swimming pools and whirlpools here. Experience the sensation of ‘jumping into the void’ at the Sky-Infinity-Sportpool, relive the glamor and fun of the 1950s at the Indoor pool ‘The Fifties’; or take in sensational views of the valley and mountains at the Infinity-Solepool, with 3% brine. From March to November, you can take a dip in the outdoor summer pool or the Outdoor Relaxing Pool. There are also several outdoor jacuzzis to choose from, with year-round temperatures of 36°C.
Other facilities include 2 gyms, a MedSpa, yoga pavilion, landscaped gardens, and a spa with 9 treatment rooms, 2 outdoor massage lounges, 2 gazebos, and a spa suite. The six-floor Sauna Tower with 16 different experiences include saunas, Turkish baths, Mediterranean gardens and relaxation rooms.
Therapeutic Water
Feel the rejuvenation powers of mineralised thermal water at Preidlhof Luxury DolceVita Resort. The water is a lightly mineralised thermal water containing sulfate, fluoride, bromine, iodine, arsenic and traces of lithium. Therefore, it is suitable as a therapeutic water for balneotherapy in osteoarticular pathologies. It can alleviate rheumatic, orthopedic and traumatological complaints of the musculoskeletal system. Soaking in the thermal water of Kochenmoos has a muscle-relaxing, calming and soothing effect. It is ideal for people suffering from stress and in need of general recuperation. Arsenic also has therapeutic effects on skin diseases, central nervous system disorders, thyroid conditions and various metabolic illnesses. A maximum uninterrupted bathing time of 30 minutes is recommended due to the arsenic content.

Retreat guests enjoy the seven course Wellness Healing Gourmet Menu at dinner, which is predominantly plant-based and created to appeal to all the senses. This menu was created for Preidlhof by Emanuele Giorgione, the internationally renowned Healing Chef with the support of Preidlhof’s resident doctor Dr. Med. Alexander Angerer. The Wellness Healing Gourmet Menu is free of gluten, lactose, egg, soy, and sugar. Comprising 49 different recipes, the menu changes every evening and incorporates ingredients according to the season.
