1508 Case Study: PKA How do you make sure that people are engaged with their pension fund before they actually start drawing a pension? We created a learning loop for the Danish pension fund PKA in which the fund reaches out to customers during major life events to give information on how the life event may affect them and offering straightforward recommendations. This creates a sense of trust and level of care that carries through the customer’s lifetime with their pension fund. The key to this project is our build, measure, learn loop, which we tested and iterated through multiple phases, eventually resulting in a proven concept. In tandem, we created illustrations that reflected both PKA and our learnings. Looking to create something similar for your customers or audience? "We cannot solve problems with the same way of thinking that created them." What does that really mean? In order to solve problems, we must challenge our own thinking, the status quo, and create systemic change. Today was the last day of our 2024 Morgenbooster season, and it was only fitting that we ended the season the same way we started it: talking about post-growth and the wellbeing economy. So how was today different than the beginning of the year? We've spent the year reflecting, learning, and developing a process that we think will help not only us, but our clients and hopefully many others, create systemic change in a world where resource-usage outpaces regeneration.
