Close your eyes and relax your body, be aware of relaxing every little muscle. Now comes the difficult part - quiet your mind. This is not about emptying the mind but keeping it quiet and controlled. Leave all problems and worries aside. Now focus on this weeks Affirmative Seed which is: I am the captain of my life Hold your mind focused on this seed thought. Everytime you notice that you thoughts wander bring them back to the seed thought. Keep this focus for around 5 min or longer if you feel like. You now let go of the seed thought and remain quiet and receptive for a couple of minutes. Picture yourself having an open connection to your soul where a response freely can flow. The Affirmative Seed needs time to be solid planted so it can grow and bloom. Don’t get disappointed if this is hard for you or you don’t feel like you could keep the concentration. Like everything else it comes with practise. Also your intention has created a pathway to your soul and you might notice a response already during this meditation or several days after.
