𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝗜𝗼𝘄𝗮: 𝗔 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗮 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 When we installed the Multi Wrapper 2000 in Iowa last year, the customer couldn’t have been more thrilled. And with good reason. Here’s why: 📌 $1,000 saved daily on packaging costs after the installation, which corresponds to a 70% plastic reduction.   📌 Payback period of less than a year. 📌 Processes have been streamlined, allowing three employees to be reassigned to other roles within the company. 📌 Outdated and inefficient machinery has been modernized and automated. 📌 The machine is now much safer for employees to operate. A couple of weeks ago, we returned to Iowa to check in, and the feedback couldn’t have been better: the machine is running flawlessly. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 We keep hearing it: Denmark needs skilled workers! 🧑🏻🔧 It's a challenge that only seems to be growing, as the number of skilled workers in the workforce is set to decrease further. This makes it crucial that more young people choose vocational training, both now and in the future. At 2M Carnitech, we take an active role in training the next generation. We have apprentices and interns who contribute every day, making a real impact in our production. It’s a true win-win, where both apprentices, interns, and the company benefit greatly: 🔧 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮𝘀: Apprentices and interns bring new ways of thinking to our processes, often questioning the “we’ve always done it this way” mindset. 🔧 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲𝘀: An apprenticeship or internship gives us the opportunity to develop future team members, with many of our apprentices and interns staying on in permanent roles. 🔧 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Apprentices and interns help with day-to-day tasks and smaller projects, which frees up our full-time staff to focus on their core responsibilities. At the same time, our interns and apprentices gain invaluable hands-on experience. 🔧 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆: Apprentices and interns are often eager to learn, full of energy, and ready to explore. Their enthusiasm is contagious and helps create a dynamic workplace culture. Last Thursday, we welcomed a group of interested and motivated students from Biersted and Aabybro Schools, part of Jammerbugt Kommune. The goal of the visit was to show them the exciting job and career opportunities within vocational fields. One of the many questions asked was, "Isn’t this just a job for men?" We were happy to respond that this field is open to everyone. A rewarding and inspiring day! We look forward to opening our doors again in the future 🤝

𝟮𝗠 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗖𝗘𝗢 𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗱 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 Since its founding in 2008, 2M Carnitech has experienced remarkable growth, especially in recent years. On November 5, Ole Petersen will step into the role as CEO, bringing with him extensive industry experience to help drive the company’s continued success. Ole joins us from his previous position as CEO at Kellpo A/S. When Ole Petersen steps into the role as CEO, he brings with him experience from positions in both Denmark and abroad, which will be essential in leading 2M Carnitech’s continued development. In addition to his roles, Ole has also served on the boards of Danish companies. Michael Feifer Møller will take on a new role as COO of 2M Carnitech, where he will focus on the overall management of the design department, production, and development department. We look forward to the new setup and to many future projects 👏🏻

While this is their first visit to this particular company, it certainly isn't their first trip together with 2M Carnitech 🧳 In recent months, our employees have been exploring the world, gaining valuable insights along the way. This visit aims to inspect the production areas prior to the installation of a processing plant. 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗴𝗼 This week, we raised both the Danish and American flags at 2M Carnitech as we welcomed the director of Peoria Packing. He had traveled all the way from Chicago to see their processing plant, which is currently under production, up close. Peoria Packing is a butcher company in Chicago that specializes in selling fresh, unprocessed quality meat directly to consumers 🥩 As Peoria Packing expands its business, it’s a strict requirement that they have machines capable of handling packaging and cutting in a safe, efficient, and reliable manner. That’s why they chose 2M Carnitech’s solution, where flexibility and quality are the key focus.
