Especially when implementing the first in-store robots working in harmony with the floor staff - within opening hours with customers in retail stores 🏬🧍♀️🧍🏼♂️  By automating the transportation processes in different store workflows, we create value for the store, employees, and their customers. The employees are a key part of this innovative development that we see in the hypermarkets now!  Yes, we want to improve store efficiency and create a more inclusive work environment. Why we 💜 automation! It increases working standards, productivity and customer satisfaction. What’s not to love. 🤖 Supermarket employees spend 40% of their time walking from one location to another, often pushing and pulling heavy trolleys which is a physically demanding job. 🤖 Consumers are very price conscious and so supermarkets must continually look for areas where they can optimize their processes to continually offer better value to their customers. 🤖 Employees no longer want to do jobs that are repetitive and physically demanding, and so the supermarkets are struggling to find staff to carry out these jobs. By automating the transportation of trolleys in-store, we can address the problems in parallel.
