Meet our new CEO   At DELPRO, we believe leadership is about more than titles and polished résumés - it’s about the person behind the role. Glenn Aagesen, our newly appointed CEO, is a leader whose approach to both life and leadership is as adventurous as it is grounded. Trust, authenticity, and a passion for exploration define him - not just as a leader, but as a person.      From overlanding to the boardroom   When he’s not steering strategic decisions, you’ll likely find him navigating rocky trails in his overlanding truck with his family, exploring remote landscapes, chasing adventure and the unexpected. This sense of exploration reflects his leadership style: venturing into uncharted territories, all while keeping his team secure and focused.      At home, he’s a family man. Whether riding horses with his wife and 3 daughters on his small farm outside Vejle or conquering trails on his mountain bike, he’s driven by a passion for staying active and connected. His competitive edge shines in both his personal and professional life, but at the heart of it all is a desire to keep evolving.       Building trust through authenticity   Glenn Aagesen firmly believes that trust is the bedrock of any successful organization. “We do this together,” he says. True leadership, in his eyes, is about inspiring, guiding, and pioneering and the philosophy is clear: cultivate a space where everyone can express their ideas and feel heard, even in disagreement. //Meet the team  What are the key elements of effective leadership? According to Jesper Nyboe, Department and Service Manager, East, at DELPRO, it is collaboration, honesty, and attentiveness.  DELPRO’s Service East department is responsible for servicing and repairing substations in Zealand. Each day brings new challenges and opportunities, fostering a culture of professional development, continuous learning, and innovative thinking.  Jesper prides himself on inclusive leadership. He values an engaging leadership style and actively involves his team in developing new solutions. He believes that shared decision-making not only yields the best results but also enhances team morale. Jesper is proud to be part of a workplace with a distinctive and supportive culture.  "We live by our values and keep our promises. I see DELPRO as a family where we prioritize integrity, well-being, and professionalism, while also having fun at work," says Jesper, who has been with DELPRO for 10 years. 

New CEO at DELPRO After 24 years as CEO of DELPRO, Jacob Rath will step down on December 31, 2024, with Glenn Aagesen taking over the role. "The time has come to bring fresh eyes to our exciting development, and therefore I am handing over the helm to Glenn Aagesen. It has been an incredible journey since DELPRO's founding in 2000, and I am extremely proud of what we have achieved together," says Jacob Rath and continues: "Glenn is a well-known figure in the industry, with solid experience from the solar, wind, and power supply sectors. His broad market insight and sharp eye for future opportunities make him the right person to lead DELPRO into a new era. Glenn brings strong competencies that will strengthen our position and help us expand our ability to deliver even more solutions in the future." Jacob Rath will remain affiliated with DELPRO until the summer of 2025 and looks forward to supporting the transition: "DELPRO is in an exciting phase of development, strengthening the business and creating new opportunities for our customers. This development begins where we are today, and I look forward to handing it over as smoothly as possible to Glenn." A warm welcome to Glenn at DELPRO.

With activities in wind, service, and projects, our versatility has provided us with the resilience needed to navigate a dynamic industry. Is there really any business value in working focused on shared values? We would argue that it makes sense on all fronts. For several years, we have been collaborating with the electric grid operator Dinel, which greatly appreciates our responsible, flexible, and proactive approach to cooperation. We are very proud of this. But receiving praise is one thing; it's another to feel the joy of hearing that our employees embody our shared values in their daily work as the most natural thing in the world. That's why we feel extra proud when our partners almost verbatim use our values in their compliments. To us, this is proof that working with a shared set of values makes sense because it's not just words on paper. At DELPRO, safety is not a choice. It's a responsibility, an integral part of our DNA. Whether we are working in the field or behind the wheel on the roads, we know that even small actions can have a big impact. That’s why we emphasize something as simple as securing equipment properly in vehicles. In the event of sudden braking or an accident, loose equipment can become dangerous projectiles.
